She updated us multiple times a day on how they were doing with corresponding pictures. She also wrote in depth notes on their daily adventures/walks and habits. She is extremely professional and I cannot recommend her enough. She is extremely respectful to your home and pets. The dogs love her. We were overwhelmed with gratefulness when we came home to 2 happy dogs, a clean house, and a full treat jar. Lauren takes her Rover business to a different level that just doesn’t compare to others. Lauren typically does drop-ins and walks for us. This was the first in home stay and we will definitely be using her again as an in home sitter in the future because of how impressed we are with her. After the stay Leo was sleeping for two days straight and i think he had so much fun that he needed vacation from the vacation.
