About: I’m Emily! A little about me: I love to run, lift, paint, and read. I am currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Speech Pathology and Audiology who’s home for the summer! I've been a pet owner myself for about 5 years now. My family currently has three cats and has had a dog and another cat in the past. Within the last seven years I have dog and cat sat for a lot of my extended family and friends. I'm currently on the hunt for a part-time job for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands to look after and care for pets. I also have my own car and am hanging out with friends a lot, so I am always around. I am very diligent with making sure doors and windows are shut and locked to ensure that your pets do not go in or out (if they're indoor pets/ not on a leash) as I have to do that with my own pets! I also realize as it grows hotter, animals become dehydrated and hot as well, and I am careful to make sure water bowls are filled, and there is water during walks as well.

About: I'm known for caring for many pets while their owners are busy, traveling, and pursuing the arts. Now opening up my schedule to Rover clients! I have experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, and fish. Well known and trustworthy! Hybrid work schedule, can vary week to week. Well educated and clean. Master's degree. Executive level care at a fair price. My schedule is open and I have availability throughout the day and evenings. Caring for your pets is my main focus, and while I do other gig work, pet care always comes first! I like to ensure I'm providing the best care possible. I always follow owner requirements, ensure the animals in my care are comfortable and love them like they are my own.

About: I've been entrusted with caring for family and friends of family's pets since I was around 15. I started working professionally with animals when I started volunteering with HEAL Animal Rescue and then working with Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley. I am now a Kennel Lead, mainly overseeing front desk operations and cat care, despite that I still work with the dogs at least once a day while I'm in! During my time there, I have learned to properly administer medication (oral, rectal, injection) as well as other medical procedures. I have a genuine passion for animal care and am enrolling in VTI to further expand my career going forward. I'm going to be moving to part time work for school, so I'll be able to make sure I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I have worked with many pets before, including pets with behavioral issues (both big and small).
