“Even though we only needed him for one day, we are very pleased with the service he provided to our two kitties. Flynn and Izzy, being true scaredy-cats, ran and hid under our bed as soon as he arrived. Gary then cleaned out the litter, fed them, and checked on their water. He stuck around for a little while to see if the cats would come out of their hiding places. They do not normally come out from there when anyone is at the house. But Flynn eventually came out to the living room to investigate! Izzy popped out of the bedroom, but kept her distance at the end of hallway. Gary got pictures of both and sent them to us, relieving our fears that the kitties would be terrified. Thank you, Gary, for your patience with them. We truly appreciate it.”

A fully fenced yard out back provides a great place for playtime, and there’s always a spot on the couch to hang out with us. We have raised rates due to high demand going into the summer. She was attentive to his little quirks (like howling at the storm and needing to clap to call him inside due to his hearing issues!). Knowing he had the freedom to roam outside in the fenced-in backyard allowed us to relax while on our vacation. We will definitely call Emily first next time we need a home away from home for Willie!”

She went above and beyond to make Sullivan feel at home by allowing him to "rest" on furniture, taking him for several walks a day, and even taking him to a baseball game.
