Not once did I worry about the pets while we were away and as everyone knows, that is a huge relief when traveling. She even kept us up to date that we had a fruit fly problem brewing so we could send traps to the house while she was there. We will absolutely be using Mayah again when the need arises. About: I’m Emily! A little about me: I love to run, lift, paint, and read. I am currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Speech Pathology and Audiology who’s home for the summer! I've been a pet owner myself for about 5 years now. My family currently has three cats and has had a dog and another cat in the past. Within the last seven years I have dog and cat sat for a lot of my extended family and friends. I'm currently on the hunt for a part-time job for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands to look after and care for pets. I also have my own car and am hanging out with friends a lot, so I am always around. I am very diligent with making sure doors and windows are shut and locked to ensure that your pets do not go in or out (if they're indoor pets/ not on a leash) as I have to do that with my own pets! I also realize as it grows hotter, animals become dehydrated and hot as well, and I am careful to make sure water bowls are filled, and there is water during walks as well.

About: I have taken care of animals and pets since I was young. Growing up, we had puppies, dogs, cats, rabbits and chickens. With my children we had guinea pigs, hamsters, and cats. I currently work full time but I have a full hour for lunch to stop by and care for your pets. I can do drop ins or stay at your house, whatever is needed to make sure your pet is safe and loved. I have two cats at my house. They are well loved and follow me everywhere. I make sure they have nutritious food and clean water always. I have helped with dogs, making sure they are safe when out walking. I make sure they are given the right amounts of food and always have water. As a pet lover, I want to give them companionship, love, and security while their "parents" are away.

I have had pets my whole life and worked full-time for a local Humane Society for over 4 years as well as a traditional boarding kennel for 2 years. I look forward to caring for others pets while they are away, as well as offering the assurance and comfort to a pet owner that their baby is being taken care of in a safe, professional and loving manor outside of a kennel environment. I also have experience with elderly and special needs animals. I have a flexible work schedule so I can work around your schedule! I can come up to three times a day, whatever times you may need. Whatever your wishes are for your pet as far as crating, running in a fenced yard, or having to be individually walked I am open to working to keep your pet on the same routine as if you were home!
