With over 20 years of experience as a licensed veterinary technician, I provide a wealth of pet care knowledge and dedication to every pet I care for. *IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY INFO * While I would love to pet sit full time, I must also work full time and I like to advise owners of my availability first. During the months of August through May, I work full time and am not able to provide dog sitting Monday through Friday during those months. There are exceptions, please see below for more information about my availability. In addition to my clinical background, I have provided trusted pet sitting services for clients, friends, and family for years, working with a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, large animals, exotics, and fish. I’m passionate about behavioral training and enrichment, always aiming to make each pet’s experience positive and stress-free. I am skilled in performing in-home medical procedures such as fluid therapy, diabetic care (including injections and blood glucose monitoring), administering special diets and medications, wound management, post-surgical care, hospice support, nail trims, ear cleaning, baths, etc. I am fear-free shelter certified and always encourage stress-free visits/walks for the comfort of my client's pets. My goal is to provide professional, compassionate care that gives both pets and their owners peace of mind.

Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I am highly attentive during walks, often using a double leash system and carefully avoiding potential triggers to keep your dog secure and comfortable. I fully respect and accommodate any safety measures or routines you have in place for your pet’s well-being. I believe in positive reinforcement, gentle handling, and creating a low-stress environment to build trust and confidence in every animal I care for.

Schedule
As much as I love pet sitting, I also must work full time and I like to be upfront with owners about my availability. During the months of August through May I work full time and am generally gone 10 hours a day (Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm). I will not leave dogs unattended longer than 6 to 8 hours. I am willing to work around my schedule if it happens to align with an owner's request for services (such as needing only an early morning or after 5pm visit). I do have flexible availability on weekends and holidays as well, and I'm open to short notice walks or visits as well. Please feel free to reach out with any special or last minute requests!
