Ana was truly such a fantastic sitter for a cat Billie! I could have not asked for anyone better. Lynn continues to wow me. He is the sweetest ever. I was in a crunch tonight when I got extended at work & my family canceled last minute to watch Ziva. I had nobody. I wasn't sure if Lynn could take a same day request let alone I reached out at 330pm for care at 730 and an hour long session. Lynn was prompt in getting back to me & luckily free this evening. He took amazing care of Ziva & she has been fighting me with her pills for the past week. Lynn said she took it no problem. He's got the magic touch. So blessed I found him here. Paula really put our minds at ease while we were away. She is very professional and will follow all your requests, in addition to going above and beyond. I’m a big worrier when it comes to my pet and home, but she really took time to get to know our bird and follow up on the things I was most worried about. She is also very kind and loving with animals, the sort of person animals just gravitate towards naturally because she has Disney princess energy. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
