Such a phenomenal first experience with Caty! Will definitely be booking with her again. She was super communicative and helpful. She would send me pictures and videos of Honey Bee everyday while on my vacation with small updates which i loved, it helped me feel close to her while i was far away. She treated my dog like her own and im so greatful for her care of my dog! Honey Bee also loved her and felt right at home with Caty and her family.

This was our first time leaving our dog Ellie with Faith and we had a fantastic experience. She was quick to respond to any questions and would send pictures daily with an update on how Ellie was doing. I highly recommend Faith and we will certainly come back next time we need someone to watch our dog. She is a 10/10!

There is nothing better than to head off on a vacation and know your precious pooch is going to have as good a time as you are. Robert, Kathi and Milo make it happen every time! My senior dachshund with serious back issues had another fun and safe vacation while I was away. These folks are just fabulous!!

About: My husband and I have been around dogs our entire lives and have hands-on experience caring for them in a home environment. Currently, we have a large, professionally trained dog who has helped us develop strong skills in structure, consistency, and understanding dog behavior. She was trained through 6 months, and we continue to reinforce that training daily, so I’m very comfortable with commands, routines, and maintaining a calm, well-balanced environment. We have experience with: • Large and high-energy breeds • Maintaining feeding schedules and routines • Reinforcing basic training and good behavior • Reading dog body language and temperament • Creating a safe, calm environment for multiple dogs For us, safety and attentiveness are second nature. We are always present, aware, and intentional about making sure every dog in our care feels comfortable, secure, and well looked after. Your dog will never feel like they’re in a kennel they’ll feel like they’re part of our family. Your dog’s stay will feel like a true home away from home, safe, loving, and tailored just for them. • Daily walks (morning, afternoon, and evening) plus plenty of outdoor time • Support with training and reinforcement of good habits, we’ve worked with professional trainers and are happy to continue that structure • Lots of snuggles, attention, and one-on-one care • Supervised playtime with our gentle, well-trained dog, Paris • Calm evenings with a consistent, comforting routine • Kind, dog-loving kids who interact gently and safely We’re highly attentive to each dog’s unique needs and energy level, whether they’re playful and active or more relaxed and cuddly. We’re happy to accommodate your dog’s individual sleeping routine to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Whether they prefer sleeping in a crate, on a dog bed, or having their own space to roam (including an entire floor if needed), we’ll follow your preferences and keep their routine consistent with what they’re used to at home. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can feel completely at ease knowing your dog is happy, cared for, and part of our family while you’re away. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities. We provide a calm, structured, and impeccably clean home where dogs are always supervised and cared for with intention. To ensure a truly personalized, low-stress, luxury experience, we limit the number of dogs in our care. We typically host just one client at a time, if you have multiple dogs, we’re happy to accommodate your family together. We never exceed three dogs total, including our own, so every dog receives dedicated attention, comfort, and care. Dogs are never left unattended for long periods, and all interactions, whether with our dog Paris or my children, are closely monitored to ensure safe, positive experiences. Paris is well-trained, gentle, and accustomed to being around other dogs. We take time to understand each dog’s routine, preferences, and temperament so we can provide a consistent and comfortable stay. Feeding schedules, exercise, and any specific instructions are followed closely. Our home is designed to feel like a second home, not a kennel, where your dog can relax, feel safe, and be genuinely cared for. ***We take trust and safety very seriously and are committed to following your dog’s routine as closely as possible. This includes accommodating any feeding method or dietary needs, whether that’s raw food, fresh or home-cooked meals, kibble, or more specific requirements like low-protein or other restricted diets. We carefully follow your instructions to ensure consistency, safety, and your dog’s overall well-being.*** We also provide regular updates and photos so you always feel connected and confident while you're away. We understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with who is caring for your dog. When we've have used Rover for Paris, we always appreciated the opportunity to meet beforehand, so we are more than happy to offer a meet-and-greet prior to booking. This gives you the chance to see our home, ask any questions, and feel confident in the safe, calm, and personalized care your dog will receive while staying with our family.

We boarded our 2y old whippet, Willow, with Lucille for an overnight. As a nervous parent, I couldn't have felt more confident in the care I knew Lucille would provide for Willow. She and her husband David are such lovely people, and they have a warm, welcoming home. Willow immediately took to her home away from home. Lucille took her outside frequently and went on multiple long walks with her. I left instructions for Willow's diet, snack time and bedtime routine that she followed to the letter. I can't say enough good things about the care Lucille provided, and we will definitely be boarding with her again - likely within the month!

Rebecca was very communicative about my pup’s stay. She sent pictures and updates. It was clear my dog had a nice time and was well cared for. My dog is a little slow to warm up and anxious but she settled in well and enjoyed playing with the other dogs. My dog came home happy and healthy.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Pet Boarding easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Pet Boarding. For more information on service fees, click here .

There are 1,085 sitters on Rover for Pet Boarding in Chester. About 92% of Chester sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you’re planning ahead for holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day coverage for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in NH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
