About: Caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I loved walking my neighbors’ dogs, which sparked a lifelong love for animals. I had the joy of raising my own dog for 13 wonderful years, which taught me firsthand the responsibility, patience, and deep bond that comes with pet ownership. Now, I’m taking that passion a step further by signing up to foster animals from local shelters. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals, years of hands-on experience, and a calm, nurturing presence shaped by my background in counseling. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just keeping your pet company, I’m here to give them the same care I’d want for my own. I just finished graduate school and will be spending the summer working part time at an early childcare center! I work anywhere from 12-25 hours each week on select weekdays during the morning/afternoon. I am free on weekends and evenings as well. I will be starting my full time job in mid August that will be M-F from 8-3. When caring for pets in your home, my top priority is making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own environment. I stick closely to your pet’s routine—whether that’s feeding times, walks, play, or quiet companionship—so they experience as little disruption as possible while you’re away. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality and needs, and I approach every visit with patience, attentiveness, and affection. “Gianna was a super cat-sitter! She was timely and responsive to texts and really seemed to connect well with our kitten, Bubba. Gianna did everything that we asked of her (food, water, litter box, playing toys, sending a picture during her visit) and even left us some things for Bubba and a sweet note for us when we got home. About: I have always had pets my whole life it brings me genuine joy to take care of pets dogs cats fish I love them all I’m off work for the summer so I'm very flexible with my schedule I'm open to do multiple days/ weeks in a row if needed by you The pets would get plenty of love and care I'm home a lot have a backyard and a park just up the street also neighbors that are pet lovers I take walks during the day. My schedule is open because I’m off during the summer time. I have lots of free so having a pet would keep me busy and help with my walks. I’m a nurturing person and love to take care of animals. I have a fenced in big backyard, I enjoy going for walks . I provide a loving home with lots of attention for all pets. Also my home is a safe environment.

My husband and I are both self-employed with very flexible schedules, so we're home more often than not with our two-year-old son.
