About: Hi!! Animals have pretty much always been at the center of my world! I grew up in a pet-filled home with (not all at once!) six cats, two golden retrievers, a hound dog, a black lab, rabbits, hamsters, and cockatiels over the years, so caring for animals has never felt like a chore to me. It is genuinely one of my biggest joys. These days, I have my darling Moose, my sweet Vizsla mix rescue who would happily lay on top of me all day and night, and Penny, my bonkers torti cat who is a firecracker with a chronic upper respiratory condition. Between caring for my own pets, pet sitting for family and friends, watching my dog-niece, caring for pets while nannying for several families, and being a ........ member, I have experience and confidence with animals of all ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. It’s important to me that they feel comfortable and loved while their family is away! During the school year, I work at a special needs school Monday through Friday from 8:00am–3:00pm, so I’m available for afternoon and evening walks, drop-ins, and day or overnight sits. I’m also available on weekends, school holidays, winter break, spring break, and throughout the summer when I’m completely off from school! I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and will always be upfront about my availability before booking!
