About: I am very good with dogs, because I pay attention to their body language. Dogs communicate through their eyes, body and barks. Similar to a person using sign language. Most communication is non-verbal and I definitely pay attention and make sure I treat every furry friend with respect and love. Dogs have feelings and like to socialize in healthy environments and that is what they will get with me as your dog sitter and / or dog walker. I will take your dog walking, I will check-in on your dog and play ball or tug of war with them, if that is what they like to do, I will provide water refills and food refills, even mix food upon request and follow instructions specific to your dog's need. I like to take dogs to the park, go jogging with dogs, belly rubs, hugs and playful affection. I like making dogs feel important, so they know they matter. This way, they feel happy and fulfilled while you are working or away on vacation, or away for that day or moment running errands. I am currently an entrepreneur. Trying to start my own pet business. Served, previously in the United States Air Force. Used to have an emotional support dog for 14 years who is no longer with us due to old age and health problems. That was my peace and joy who helped me through difficult times in my life. I actually feel happy spending time with dogs. Running with dogs, playing ball with dogs, training dogs, walking dogs, dog sitting and playing, cuddles and hugs! I make dogs feel important because they are our fur babies who deserve the best life can give them! I will give your dog fresh water, food, medication; if necessary, pay attention to their body language to figure out what they need from me to feel more comfortable and supported. If you have instructions or a routine I will follow those set of guidelines. I will keep all owners well informed with updated photos and possible videos on how their fur babies are doing! If they need a bathing that is extra, but I will clean your dog thoroughly after playtime. If, you want me to take your dog to the park, I love doing walks and runs in the park with your fur baby! Get all the extra energy out, so when you come home they are well satisfied and content. I have a house and a yard. Yard is not fully fenced in yet, but currently working towards fixing it or getting a new fence. My house is dog proof to keep all fur babies safe and happy, but there are always other options available to keep your dog as comfortable as possible. Depending on the service you hire me for pertaining to your pet.

This was my Milo's 1st time ever being out of our home & with a stranger. I felt like a bad dog-mom leaving him daily and he wasn't too happy about the notion either. Seeing Eileen's patience & affection toward animals & receiving daily pics & videos of my boy all calmed my quills & assured me he was adjusting well & was in great hands.

I work in the office 4 days a week but my husband works full time at home. We also have a dog of our own that we let go / walk throughout the day. About: Hello! My name is Cookie, and I have a genuine love for animals of all kinds. As a pet parent myself to a 9-year-old Yorkie Poo and a 3-month-old kitten, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I have spent much of my life caring for dogs and cats and have experience pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors while they were away on vacation. Through these experiences, I have cared for pets with a variety of personalities, energy levels, and needs. What sets me apart is the time, attention, and affection I can provide. As a newly retired individual, I have a flexible schedule and can devote plenty of one-on-one care to your pets. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I am happy to accommodate their routine. My home features a secure fenced yard with plenty of room for dogs to safely explore and play. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment where pets feel loved and cared for while their owners are away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and look forward to giving your fur babies the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. As a newly retired individual, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available every day beginning at 7:30 a.m., which gives me plenty of flexibility to accommodate your pet's schedule and needs. Because I am retired, I can provide consistent attention, companionship, exercise, feeding, and potty breaks throughout the day rather than leaving pets alone for long periods. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, and I have the time and availability to ensure your fur babies receive the love, attention, and care they deserve while you're away. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where pets are treated like family. In my home, pets are welcome on the furniture and are free to relax wherever they feel most comfortable. Dogs are taken for walks approximately every two hours and have access to my securely fenced backyard for supervised outdoor play and fresh air throughout the day. I follow each pet owner's feeding schedule and care instructions to ensure their routine stays consistent while they're away. In addition to meeting their basic needs, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and cuddles. As a newly retired pet lover, I have the time to provide personalized care and companionship, helping your pets feel happy, safe, and right at home. If caring for pets in a client's home, I will follow their established routines and provide the same level of attention, affection, and care to keep pets comfortable in their familiar environment.

About: Going on vacation? Work all day? Have a last minute commitment? Forget overpriced scary kennels! Have me stay with your fur babies in the comfort of their home or in the comfort of mine instead! Whether your fur baby stays with me for a day, a week or longer, you can be confident I will give your dog the best care and love him or her like my own. If you prefer for me to watch your fur babies at your house that is another option I would be more than happy to do! For instance if you have cats or other pets that need sitting at your house or if your dog feels more comfortable in his or her own home. I do charge discounts for multiple dogs! Hello! My name is Lisa. I am 46 years old and a Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist. Currently I am not working so I'm home all day and night. Which means your fur baby will never be left alone. Being in a new environment is stressful and scary enough but being in a new environment all alone is even worse. My mom & twin sister who also love animals dearly live with me so your fur baby will have two more people caring for & loving him or her. There are no kids at my house. Just the three of us. Right now I don’t have any fur babies of my own. Recently my son, Buddy (Beagle), passed away. He was around 15 years old. I'm not sure of his exact age because he was a rescue. I posted pictures of him on my profile so you can see how handsome he was. Buddy was my world. I miss him every second of every day. Not a day goes by that I don't think of him. We were inseparable. When he passed away I was and still am heartbroken. I've never felt as much pain before except when my dad passed away. I know my dad is taking care of Buddy now and I will see them both one day which helps me with the grief. Eventually when I’m ready I want to rescue another dog or dogs but until then I thought that dog sitting would be perfect for me. I've adored animals since I was born. I love them better than people. I love ALL animals! There is no better feeling in the world than caring for and bonding with an animal. I belong and donate to multiple animal charities. I also volunteer at animal adoption & fund raising events. I come from a family of animal lovers. My cousin Ginny has a rescue called Rescue Dogs Rock which is a foster based rescue located in Gloucester County, NJ specializing in rescuing and finding loving, responsible forever families for homeless companion animals, focusing primarily on dogs and puppies of all ages and breeds. About: I am a Fear Free pet sitter and dog walker. I volunteer at my local animal shelters and foster dogs. I am an advocate for all animals. If doggy day care is what you need, please be advised that anything beyond 9 hours an additional charge will be applied. My home is doggy ready. Although I currently do not have pets of my own since the passing of my dogs, I usually have a foster dog in my home. I have multiple areas to keep your fur babies, so if your baby is not dog friendly, I can accommodate. I have multiple crates of different sizes, a couple of dog beds and if your pet is a couch snuggler, i am happy to oblige. I can/will walk dogs. I have a fenced in area for dogs to run around. About: Hi, I’m Isabella! I’m an animal lover who knows how to bring energy and patience to every role — including pet care. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and treat every pup like family, with long walks, playtime, and photo updates to keep you in the loop. I also volunteer at Voorhees Animal Orphanage on my free time, so I have experience working with dogs of all temperaments.🐾 I spend my time outdoors walking, hiking, or at the park — which makes me the perfect match for pups who need exercise and attention. I grew up around pets and know how important it is to have someone dependable caring for them. I’m also a total communicator — you’ll always get photo updates and little check-ins so you can relax knowing your dog is in good hands. I currently have a lot of free time and would love to spend it caring for your pup! In my home, pets get a safe, cozy environment with lots of attention and play. I make sure they have regular potty breaks, exercise, and downtime so they feel comfortable and cared for. When I’m in your home, I respect your space and follow your pet’s normal routine — from feeding schedules to favorite walking routes. I keep everything consistent so your pet feels secure, and I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages.

Donna is such an amazing dog sitter. This is my first time leaving my dog with a dog sitter, so I was a bit nervous but Donna is very thorough and knowledgeable about dog needs. She knows what is normal and abnormal so I felt comfortable leaving him with her. She also has a strategy to minimize stress for the dog during hand off and plays calming music when he first went in the house. I will definitely use her again if I need. She also sends pics which makes me feel reassured.

Raj took great care of my dog. It was his 1st time there so I was a little worried he might not do well but the pics that she sent of my boy made me feel more at ease. Raj kept me informed several times a day. My boy followed her everywhere she went just like he does with me. Raj is his part time mommy & she showed so much love to him. Thank you Raj. We'll see you again soon!

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Sicklerville on Rover is $38.85 per day (as of August 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of August 2026, there are 2,028 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Sicklerville. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Sicklerville commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in NJ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 2,028 sitters in Sicklerville, 87% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
