About: I’ve taken care of dogs and been around dogs since I was 5. My family has always had dogs and at one point we had 3 while I was growing up. My friends and family have always known me to be a dog person and I am the go-to person they ask to watch their pet while away. I have a 3-year-old Australian shepherd of my own who loves to play with other dogs and has lots of energy to keep them entertained. I work from home from home full time and can keep your pup company, take them for walks, let them out to potty, and feed them on their preferred schedule. My travel is very limited during the week with my job so I’m available for boarding during the week and on weekends. I have a very friendly Aussie and a fully fenced in yard that he loves to play fetch in a few times per day. Our neighborhood is very quiet and multiple walks a day would be no problem. If needed I can crate dogs as well.

“I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa. She was awesomely amazing!! First, when she was willing to accept care last minute because I was in a jam, and then every aspect of our interactions after. My Hopper girl is very friendly with other dogs, adults, and children. But there’s still always a little bit of worry when I’m taking her to another person’s home where it’s their dog’s territory. But reading Alyssa’s profile, and then her explaining her experience with dogs and training them, I felt comfortable leaving my pup in her care. And on the chance our pups did not get along, Alyssa has a complete separate space where my pup could be, but still be with Alyssa. When we met, she welcomed my Hopper girl immediately. Showed me her home and (fenced in) backyard. Even allowed Hopper to be on her furniture and bed. Alyssa sent me updates and pictures (amazing images/frame worthy) throughout the day. She introduced Hopper slowly to her dogs, and updated me that Hopper fit right in with her pack. She took my girl on walks and played frisbee with her. Hopper had a GREAT day!! I could honestly go on and on with amazing things to say. Bottom line, Alyssa knows dogs, and took wonderful care of my baby as if she were her own. I will definitely be using Alyssa’s care again!!”
