“Bethany was the BEST dog/house sitter! She was prefessional, flexible and helped relieve our stress while out of the country. Bethany took care of our 2 large dogs, followed instructions and shared lots of pictures. We came home to happy dogs and a clean house. #1 Dog Sitter!”

“Elizabeth did a great job taking care of our cat and dog while we were away. We contacted here while we were already out of the country because of issues we had with the sitter we had hired. Elizabeth stepped in (even on a stormy night) and didn't miss a beat. Would definitely recommend.”

“This was our first in—home pet sitting experience and it couldn’t have worked out better. Ali sent regular updates and pictures to let me know how the dogs were doing. She gave my dog his meds 2x daily as required and let me know each time that she did. We came home to no messes and happy dogs so I can assure you she is a top pick!!”

“Jennifer was with my dew dog for 6 days. She took him on some great hikes which he loves and sent great pics and videos. She kept my house very clean and orderly and was willing to help with any around the house chores like water the plants. She even took out the trash! My dew was very happy to see me but he was very well cared for while I was gone.”

“Karen was absolutely amazing! She even took the time out to do a meet and greet before she sat our dogs at our place. My dogs loved her and even my little one that takes a second to warm up to people. She was also very patient with my little one that has a hard time. She was loving and made sure that she felt safe with her. She was consistent with sending me updates, as well as photos and videos! My dogs felt very safe with her and appeared to love her by the end of it all. She even prepared their dinner for them as I was running late for the function I had to attend. She also made time to snuggle them, play, and walk them! I have three little ones and she made sure to make each of them feel loved and cared for. I would highly recommend her to anyone else, and will definitely be hiring her again! She is very trustworthy, kind, and caring! I’m so thankful that we found her on rover.”

“Meghan was great! She housesat for us for a few days and did a great job taking care of our three dogs. They can be quite a handful and also require some medication daily. She did a great job communicating and sent plenty of updates. She took great care of our home as well! We will definitely use Meghan again!”

“Carlie stayed with our dogs during the holiday and made sure they had so much love! We enjoyed her updates”

“Elise exceeded every single one of my expectations. So responsible, reliable, kind and considerate. She left my home in immaculate condition and my needy and demanding cats were happy as clams. She’s a star sitter for a reason and she would always be my first choice sitter!”

“Kai took great care of our pups while we were away. They both warmed to her quickly and they got along great. They were regularly fed, taken outside, and played with. We received pictures each day as well. Kai was accessible by both text and voice when we did our daily check-in.”

“Great dog dog sitter. When I returned from my trip I found she left my home tidy and my dog was healthy, happy and clearly card for. I really enjoyed the pics and vids she sent and would hire her again!”

“Hope was amazing! I will definitely rebook for future events. She gave updates and gave me the confidence to be away from my baby. My dogs behavior when I got home was fun and energetic! Thank you Hope for dealing with my diva child and her anxiety.”

“Cynthia was very attentive and kind to our fur babies. She is a gentle person, and our dogs took to her instantly. We will be booking Cynthia again.”

“Annie was amazing took extremely great care of our puppies we highly recommend her!”

“Nick was easy to book, came to meet the pups ahead of time, and sent proof of puppy life along the way along with updates. He did everything he said he would when he said he would do it, left the house exactly the way he found it, and locked the house up tight. He made sure everything was taken care of and that I didn’t need anything else before he left. He’s chill and respectful. I would not hesitate to book him to house sit again.”

“Miranda is wonderful! She stopped by twice before her homestay to meet all the animals and get a feel for our routines. She sent updates and pictures of all my animals, easing my mind while I was away. Normally, when I come home from a trip, all of my animals act very needy and usually act out especially my cats. This time, everyone was very relaxed and happy when I got home. She went above and beyond caring for my animals. It was a pleasure working with Miranda.”

“Karlie was great with the pups! She checked in with us so we felt good about them all day while we were gone!”

About: Hello! My name is Sydney. I gained a variety of pet care experience while living on a farm in Kansas, working at a veterinary hospital for four years and dog sitting for years prior. I have a sweet, docile older pup of my own who lays around and gets along with everyone. Especially my two cats! She just loves making friends. However, depending on client’s preferences I also have the space in my home to comfortably separate their pets from any combination of mine depending on your/your pet’s comfort level. My home allows for walking opportunities at the Monte Sano Land Trust as well as Chapman Mountain Nature Preserve, and a fenced in dog yard to play in. My goal is to provide the most knowledgeable and experienced service possible for dog owners like myself who want to take great care of their pets! I work from home all of the time and have a very flexible schedule. I already keep track of my own pets and have the space to do so with much more. Safety is of the utmost concern to me for your pets. I will most likely never mix two families’ pets together in my home in a boarding situation as I wouldn’t be able to properly vet the two animals together prior to them being in my home. My dog is a scavenger and she’s done a really great job of forcing me to dog-proof this place so there’s absolutely nothing to possibly get into. Like I mentioned in my bio, I do have the space available to prevent any interaction between a client’s dog and mine if they feel that would be a risk at all, or if I sensed at any point that it would be. They don’t get a kennel, they get a whole spare bedroom and the living room! And just take turns in the yard. I’m willing to go to lengths to ensure clients feel comfortable with the safety of their animal in my home.

“We knew Elena was a good match during our meet and greet. A polite UH student, in the National guard, who just misses her parents and dog back home. We normally board our dogs and use Rover visits for our cats. This was much less stressful, and affordable. Knowing someone was with the dogs day and night in our own home, it can’t be beat. We came home to a clean house and happy pets, we have been telling all our friends about her. Thanks Elena!!!”

“Melody is fantastic. Taking care of three dogs is never easy, but she is very patient, communicative, and asks any questions. I would highly recommend her.”

“Amanda and Benjamin do such a wonderful job and really gave our pets the love and care they deserve! We always feel so much better leaving town knowing they will get such great care!”
