My home allows for walking opportunities at the Monte Sano Land Trust as well as Chapman Mountain Nature Preserve, and a fenced in dog yard to play in. I work from home all of the time and have a very flexible schedule. I already keep track of my own pets and have the space to do so with much more. Safety is of the utmost concern to me for your pets. I will most likely never mix two families’ pets together in my home in a boarding situation as I wouldn’t be able to properly vet the two animals together prior to them being in my home. My dog is a scavenger and she’s done a really great job of forcing me to dog-proof this place so there’s absolutely nothing to possibly get into. They don’t get a kennel, they get a whole spare bedroom and the living room! And just take turns in the yard. About: My wife and I both grew up with pets and lovingly cared for our dog and two cats for over 17 years before they crossed the rainbow bridge. We recognize that each pet has their own unique needs, and are patient and responsive to ensure they are well cared for. I work from home full-time and my wife works from home part-time. Between the two of us, we are available to provide dogs with two short walks and one long walk a day and make sure they have plenty of food and water - and of course plenty of cuddles if they like that. Our home offers a clean and calm environment for any pet adjusting to a new place temporarily. Any well behaved pet is free to roam throughout the main rooms, and we have a fenced in backyard for dogs that like to be outside. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions and feeding patterns you have. If you prefer for your pet to be in a crate, we can set that up as well. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and love taking care of them. I’m able to go for long walks or just snuggle on the couch, whatever your dog needs. I’m currently a stay at home mom to 2 kids so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your pets. I’ll be home with your pets the majority of the day when they stay with us. I don’t currently have a fenced in yard so the dogs will have to be leash trained when they stay at my house. We’ll go for long walks around the neighborhood.

About: I have been a pet owner since my growing up years, but have raised kittens, a puppy, rescue dogs and helped my seniors live out their final years comfortably spoiled. At one point, we had 3 senior cats and 2 rescue Chihuahuas all at one time. Now, we have our 12-year old rescue Chihuahua and our almost 2 year old Chihuahua puppy.
