About: ER veterinary Assistant turned SAHM. With years of veterinary experience I am comfortable with every animal you can think of! I am a very active dog owner. Walking, bikejoring, and hiking with my own dog daily! I train my personal dog in agility and other sports and have also worked in doggy daycares and boarding centers prior to my veterinary profession. I have experience with nervous, shy and even aggressive pets and have handled them in every situation imaginable. Because of my experience from veterinary ER and critical care I am very calm in an emergency situation and have the experience to give your dog the best care given an emergency situation. I also have experience with animals with health issues and can administer medications if need be! Your pets are safe and loved with me! I currently have open availability! I’d love to make taking care of your pet a part of my day, they’ll have a great time with me! I have experience with ALL pets. Young, old, giant, small, healthy and special needs. My job in a busy emergency hospital has given me hands on experience with any pet you can imagine. No task is too big or complicated for me when it comes to a pet. In this season of my life, as SAHM I prefer booking walks (long or short) and check-ins where I am able to bring along my toddler. I wear her in a backpack style carrier where she is comfortable, and takes no attention away from my ability to care for your pet. She does not interact with the pets other than waving hi! But rest assured even with a toddler we can get out rain or shine, and handle any situation 😄 My dog is actually not good with children, so this is everyday life for us! I pride myself on being able to remain calm and problem solve in ANY situation. I have encountered wild animals while hiking, unfriendly unleaded dogs, and even unfriendly people both with my own dog and client dogs. I have even had multiple instances of sibling clients fighting or getting into a scuffle while in my care. I have experience breaking up dog fights and can be efficient and know how to avoid causing further damage. I have never had an animal in my care injured.

About: I have pets my whole adult life. I volunteer with 2 rescues and adopted 2 senior kitties last year. I have been wanting to work with dogs more but cannot currently own one due to my senior kitties and apartment living…spending time with your dogs would make my day! And I’m always down to hang out with all the cats everywhere!!!! I am a teacher assistant so currently my nights and weekends are free…but in 5 short weeks I’ll be free to hang out with animals full time! I can’t have your pets in my home currently as I live in an apartment but your pet’s safety is very important to me and I will take care of them as if they were my own!

About: I cared for my neighbor's dog twice when I was 18 for a week. I also looked after my family friend's dog for a week. They both have relied on me to take and look after their dogs. I was responsible for walking, feeding, and playing with their dogs. I recently just looked after one of my friend's Guinea Pigs for a weekend. I am still in college. At the beginning of the Fall, I will be student teaching. So I will be free to dog sit on weekends starting in September. I am free every summer every day, but I will communicate with my clients if unavailable. I have one friendly dog I care for when my parents are away. I make sure to take him for walks and have playing sessions. I feed my dog at the same time every day and provide him with the medication he needs.
