I was so hesitant and nervous at first because we usually board him at a very fancy pet hotel but we forgot to book this time. By the time we went to do it there was no room left at the hotel. So we turned to Bonnie and I don’t think I’ll ever take him back to the hotel. Natalie was absolutely amazing! It was my first time using the app and letting my babies stay with anything other than family and friends. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shandy! My puppy stayed for 3 nights, and I was so impressed with the care, love, and attention given. From the start, communication was excellent, and I felt completely at ease leaving my pup in such capable hands. She went above and beyond to make sure my puppy was comfortable, safe, and happy. I received updates, videos and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. When she dropped off my puppy, I could tell she had been well cared for and loved—happy, relaxed, and even better with her routines.
