“Cynthia was amazing. My dog loved her immediately at the meet and greet. Sent lots of photos and videos throughout the vacation. 100 percent recommend her and will definitely hire her again. This was my first time using Rover and was very hesitant however I could not have had it go any better.”

“Our pups were clearly so loved and cared for while we were gone! We received regular updates and photos which made us worry-free. Towels and sheets were in the washing machine and the dishes were clean in the dishwasher which we appreciated! It was a great experience for us and our fur babies.”

“Max & Maggie ❤️ Audrey. They are both rescues, one of which was rescued from pretty harsh conditions, & Audrey gives her special attention & took time to bond with her. We'll always use Audrey in the future for our fur babies. She's for sure the dog whisperer, very trustworthy & knowledgeable when it comes to caring for pets.”

“TeAsia has done house sitting for us several times now, caring for our 14 year old dog and cat. She does great with our dog that has some mobility limitations. Is very responsive and makes sure to send us photos while we are away! Highly recommend if you are looking for a good sitter.”

“Melissa took the job short notice. She went above and beyond taking care of my 2 Pomskies. She worked with them to help us fix some of their problem areas, and she walked them every day. I couldn’t have asked for someone better to care for them. We will keep her in mind for future overnights, walks, and drop ins. Thank you for all your help Melissa!”

“This is our second time using Aubrey and were just as happy as the first. Our pups love her, she is very communicative, and she is very respectful of our space. She is our go to sitter!”

“She was simply great! We have 2 fluffy huskies and one is diabetic, which means that has a VERY rigid and strict schedule and also requires injections. Taylor was on point with updates via texts and followed every single direction we have her. Absolutely amazing job! We'll be coming back to her 100%”

About: I am a retired RVT aka animal nurse. I worked at MU for 6 years in their ICU/ECC department and their shelter medicine department. I also have grown up on a farm with many farm animals. So I can provide care for inside and outside animals. I have worked in veterinary clinics since I was 15 years old. I’ve ridden horses for most of life as well. I am well versed in medications and health issues. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! I am available at anytime to provide love, support, and care to all your furry friends. If you have medications that need to be on a schedule just let me know! I will be happy to keep you informed during my stay to ease your worries. I can provide care based off of your needs and your animal needs. If you have a senior that needs extra support and medications, I know all about the worries related to that. I have many years of experience with working with all ages. I have taken fear training over the years. I work with a German Shepherd Rescue for many years. That has allowed me to learn about hyperactive dogs who need a lot of mental stimulation. I am willing to help give medications even if you are home and need help! Just let me know!

“Heather is great! I’ve been a Rover sitter for years but had never actually used the service myself before. Luckily when I reached out to Heather through the app a couple of weeks before I left for Christmas she was still available. When my return flight was canceled she was very accommodating and agreed to stay an extra night. I know Dewey was in excellent hands! She kept me updated on his antics and was super responsive whenever I reached out. Highly recommend!”

“Charlotte did an incredible job house sitting our dog while we were out of the country. Our dog immediately bonded with her on their initial meet and greet, so i felt salf leaving him with her. She sent multiple pictures per day, communicated frequently with text message and also walked him multiple times a day. The house was left spotless - cleaner than I left it. I will be usiing Charlotte again and our dog Hank will be thrilled to hang out with her again. Thank you Charlotte!”

About: I’ve taken care of many friends and family’s pets over the past 10 years. I grew up with my grandparents who had 5-7 dogs at one time. I’m very comfortable with multiple pets. I’m currently off for summer break so I have very open availability. I am available for drop ins, walks and over night stays if needed. I live in an area that has a large gated dog park and many areas to take your pup on walks or they can be crated if preferred.

About: There has been a dog living in my house my entire life, so I have lots of experience with caring for and spending time with dogs. Since 2020, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and temperaments when house sitting or dog sitting. In addition to typical tasks, such as walking, feeding, and playing with dogs, I have completed tasks such as administering eye drops to an elderly dog, giving medication to dogs of multiple ages, and helping an elderly dog use pet-friendly stairs. I currently have a part-time job, so I have plenty of extra time to check on your house or spend time with your dogs this summer. I am able to crate dogs as needed, play with them inside or in a fenced yard, and take them on walks as requested. I make sure to carefully follow instructions regarding safety, such as proper leash usage and the implementation of baby gates. One of my dogs at home is slow to build trust, so I have experience helping anxious dogs warm up to me. I understand that dogs have boundaries and that they may take several days to become comfortable around me.

“Billie has watched our house and dogs on multiple occasions and has always been very reliable and knowledgeable and loving towards the dogs. Her background as a vet tech actually helped diagnose our golden retriever’s thyroid condition. Billie recommended getting her thyroid checked and she is a whole new dog after starting medication. Not only does she do a great job with the animals, but she also cleaned my kitchen without my asking while we were gone which was lovely to come home to.”

Champ pet parents share their Rover experiences
Heather is amazing wonderful sitter! My neighborhood lost power for several hours while I was away, and unfortunately it was during a heat wave. She kept me informed and had a backup plan in case the power didn’t come back on. Additionally she watered my plants when she noticed they were wilting. And Dewey loves her!
