About: At K9s Only West LA, our goal is to provide a happy, healthy, and safe environment for your pet when they're away from home. We're pleased to offer the Health Care Commitment Program, which reimburses up to $500 for eligible expenses incurred during your pet’s stay. Enrollment is automatic when your pet attends daycare, covering treatments or diagnoses for incidents that occur during their stay or within 5 days after departure. If veterinary care is needed, we’ll attempt to consult with your pet’s primary vet. If unavailable, we work with local veterinarians to address any medical issues.

About: We implement comprehensive safety measures to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all dogs. For daycare or boarding, dogs must meet vaccinations and temperament requirements to ensure they are suitable for off-leash play. Inside the play yards, we closely supervise interactions and intervene when necessary, with staff trained to recognize signs of stress. Our facility features secure fencing, multiple gates, and doors to prevent escapes. Additionally, we sanitize with veterinary-grade disinfectant multiple times daily and use air-filtration systems, including UV disinfection technology, to remove harmful bacteria and viruses.
