Angela sent me many photos of Ralphie at home and from walks. She gave him a bath before we picked him up. Angela accommodated and was very clear about the drop off and pickup instructions. No fuss. Although, this was my first time that we had Angela taking care of Ralphie, I was completely relieved. Ralphie was very happy and was probably disappointed having to leave Angela and her paw-friendly home. Angela will be my go-to pet-sitter in the future and we greatly appreciate her. Don't know if it's usual for boarding but I got a couple little videos of my pup having fun every day. It was great seeing her going on walks and playing with other dogs. When I picked her up I could tell she had fun and got out all her puppy energy. I swear she's still tired two days later. I'm also impressed because it feels like she is better behaved now and our walks have been noticeably better. I can't thank Andrea and Tim enough and I'd give them 6 stars if it was possible.”
