About: Dog lover that has had four dogs looking to make some money off of already walking pets. Have an open schedule so able to make these walks routine for you and love all dogs. Learning more about Denver as i am new in town. Clean and friendly for house sitting will make sure you have the happiest pup in the world! If you have any requests, will have anything available. (make sure you let me know if they are allergic to any treats also as i have a bunch). Cant wait to meet you and the new pups with in the great city of New York!! Thank you. Pet care is an important and fulfilling part of my daily routine. Every morning starts with feeding, walking, and giving attention to the pets in my care, making sure they feel comfortable and loved. Throughout the day, I stay attentive to their needs—whether it’s playtime, a potty break, or just some quiet companionship. I treat every pet like family, blending their care seamlessly into my schedule to ensure they get consistent, reliable attention. Being a Rover sitter means I’m doing what I love every day—caring for animals and giving pet owners peace of mind. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I make sure to follow any specific instructions from the owner regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and favorite activities. I create a calm, pet-friendly environment where they can feel secure and relaxed, whether that means sticking to their normal routine or giving them extra playtime and affection. I also keep the space clean and monitor their behavior closely to make sure they’re happy and healthy. My goal is always to make pets feel at home—even when they're away from theirs.

“Alexandra is the BEST! My dog felt so comfortable with her, to the point where he didn’t want to come home and kept leading me back to her house on our walks. She is so professional, kind and amazing with animals. When my dog got a little anxious she was able to help him calm down. I cannot recommend her enough!”

“I am so happy I found Alison on Rover! Alison is so kind and professional. She understood my dog’s needs and has also helped my dog come out of her shell. It’s great having someone I can trust to watch my pup while I’m out working for the day. Our dog comes home happy and calm which is another plus. I would absolutely recommend Alison to family and friends. Her resident dogs are also friendly and sweet. Perfect playmates for ours.”

“We are so happy of the outstanding care Arianna had with our little one. Our little Motita spend the 4th of July with her with a lot of love and good care. She was constantly sending photos and messages of her. She gave a good treat and made sure of feeding and walking her properly. We are very happy with her and definitely will contact her the next times we need a pet sitter for our little Motita.”

“Kaimon was great! Even on super short notice she was willing to take my Daisy for the day. I truly believe dogs are a great judge of character and the way Daisy was laying with her, I’d say she passed the test! Received pictures and updates throughout the day. She took her for a nice walk and let her hang out in the back yard. I will be keeping Kaimon’s contact info for future trips to Denver! Thanks so much for taking care of my baby! 100% recommend! (She’s in a great location if you’re headed to Red Rocks or Thunder Valley MX!)”

“I have a bit of a trouble child dog (but he has come a long way since I got him!), and it is always so hard to find a sitter who is willing to work with him as I am always upfront with his issues. Lindsay was willing to take the chance. We met all her dogs one by one and Jake had a lovely stay at her home.”

“Sophie O. was so great with Cinder. We needed a last minute booking while traveling through Denver and she was quick to respond and very accommodating of Cinder’s special needs in hot weather! Thank you Sophie!”

“Ethan was great! He sent updates and lots of pics, I can tell two had a LOT of fun playing with his pups. I’d highly recommend Ethan and plan to schedule another day of day care soon!”

About: As a stereotypical Coloradan I check all the boxes: I have overlapping chaco/birk tanlines, a fur baby (Pepper, social 4 y/o, spayed pit/collie/cattle dog mix), a mortgage I can barely afford and I love being outdoors. I have a fenced in yard with a doggie door and a hybrid WFH/office schedule that allows me to be flexible if you have an anxious/elderly/puppy dog that needs that extra human attention. I enjoy doing obstacle course work with my dog (I have a setup for the backyard) and can work on training with yours too if you're interested, or we can stick to playing and walks! As an animal lover I was that kid who had every pet from a dog and cats to a pet rat once, gerbils, hamsters, and parakeets. I think the only time I did not have a pet was freshman year dorms and if I didn't have a roommate I probably would have tried to sneak a pet in! I have experience working with elderly dogs and dogs who need medications including IVs. I have a hybrid schedule and work from home all week if needed. However, I have a doggie door to my backyard so if your dog is fine being left at home they can let themselves out. Just let me know your preferences! I love animals and will do what I can to ease their anxiety and/or stress. I am happy to chat about what will be best and how we can make it a mini vacation for you dog instead of a stressful time away from home.

Monica P.
“Highly recommend. Monica long-term dog sat for our puggle Olive several years ago. I think Olive got more walks in that month than she had probably had the entire year. Monica also sent regular photo updates of how Olive was doing and made sure to ask all the necessary questions for ensuring Olive had a fun time and to make sure the transition wasn't stressful on her. We know Olive had a great time and Monica loved having her around!”
