“Holly was professional and immediately upon booking asked to meet me and my pup. She was punctual and kind. Our dog took to her immediate and it made me feel so comfortable leaving my 14 year old guy in her care. She left me kind messages that were personalized and cute pictures that she tried to convey how his mood was at the time. So happy all she got was a blur. So happy smiling after tennis ball fun. She was clockwork with her 5 days of duty never letting my labradoodle down an hour. She communicated as well as did what Rover supplies. I am gracious as leaving an older dog on sudden notice is so stressful and I know that she was a great relief to our family as we did what we needed to do! I am so appreciative! “Rachel is a pet owner’s dream. Communicative, friendly, personable, and treats your pets like they are her own. We reached out to Rachel when leaving for a trip to AZ and needing someone to check in on our pups a couple of times. She let us know when she’d be there, how they were doing when she was there, and she even sent a thorough summary after she left detailing every bit of her visit! She was very accommodating and met our dogs where they needed to be met. We have one dog reactive dog who needs a different type of care than our newly adopted puppy. It was easy breezy for her and she split up her time visiting in the best way possible for the two of them. We felt very trusting and certainly had peace of mind with her taking care of them.
