“Diego had great responsiveness to my request and change of schedule and also was so sweet to my dear Olive. Olive just underwent radiation therapy for cancer and as a result is in a cone and on a strict pill schedule, I reached out to get help during a time when I would have to be at the office vs home so my sweet girl could get the attention she deserved. I will definitely use Diego in the future and the pictures and videos were an added bonus that brought a smile to my face when I couldn’t be with her.”

Sam was definitely the perfect fit for us and our pups. You can tell a she is very experienced with dogs and genuinely loves to care for animals. Her notes are super detailed and she sends a ton of pictures during each visit. She is also a great communicator and is very responsive. She was clockwork with her 5 days of duty never letting my labradoodle down an hour. She communicated as well as did what Rover supplies. I am gracious as leaving an older dog on sudden notice is so stressful and I know that she was a great relief to our family as we did what we needed to do! I am so appreciative!
