We have great dogs but they have some specific needs, one of our dogs is fully blind, both of our dogs get different portions of fresh refrigerated food, and they have different temperaments. They were soooo well taken care of this past week. The report cards we got were amazing and had so much detail and so many photos. It really made being away from them a little easier! During our meet & greet, she was an active listener, asking questions and taking notes as we explained Claude’s history, medication, and various quirks. Plus, she was incredibly friendly, communicative, and her vet tech training was in full evidence as she interacted with our crazy cat. While we were away, she managed her visit with Claude skillfully, and even spent an extra 20 minutes just calmly talking to him in order to get him used to her presence.
