About: I have had 10 years of experience in the animal husbandry and veterinary field. Currently focusing on my last few classes before Grad. School and wanting to work one- on-one with animals. I am currently a full time student and using rover for part time work. Prior scheduled house sitting is preferred to be able to accommodate my school schedule; usually use the afternoon to run/fitness activities and homework. I frequently care for my family and friends pets in their home, for their comfort. As a prior ICU nursing asst., I believe in the mental and emotional welfare of animal home and their comfort/routine means alot to me.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, have fostered in the past, and continue to care for my friend’s pets while they are away. I am open to house-sit, drop in, or go on however long of a walk your best friend needs. I have a lot of experience taking care of pets in their own homes, making sure they are safe and comfortable. I have experience with different breeds and temperaments - cuddlers, partiers, grouches, and loungers all deserve love! I can’t wait to spend time with your best friend and give you peace of mind. I work full time, but work from home Mondays and Fridays. Currently I could do drop-ins and walks anytime Fridays through Mondays. For Tuesday through Thursday, I would only be available early morning and evening. I’m available any day for house sitting stays which includes overnight care in your home with evening and morning routines. We can discuss if midday drop-in or walk are needed on the days i’m in the office. Drop-ins include feeding, water refresh, play/potty time, and quick updates. Walks include a 30-minute walk at your dog’s usual pace, leash handling, water refill if needed, and notes to the owner. If your dog needs longer than 30 minutes, Incan also do a longer walk for an hour. I make a point to ensure pets are following their schedules and any training they are working on. I always make sure to double check any needs/wants with the owner, to make sure pets are at their most comfortable. Let me know how your pet thrives in their environment, the more details the better! I will keep you updated on anything you specifically ask, or of any questions I might have that will help me get to know your pet better.

About: Hi! We’re Trent and Kalyn! Trent has been taking care of dogs for as long as he can remember and joined Rover at the start of his Master’s program 1.5 years ago. Kalyn has more recently joined the Rover team is a larger capacity with her new remote role. We have served over 100 happy owners and pets and look forward to meeting your special pups! We live in a safe, dog friendly apartment complex in downtown Kansas City. Trent see clients a few days throughout the week but Kalyn is always available M-F for various pick-up/drop-off times. We are available for sitting any time- from a quick visit to a week long vacation— your dog will get the best and most attentive care. We know how much they mean to you! Your pet’s safety is our #1 priority. We will always text you photo updates of our adventures. Your dog(s) will get abundant play, attention, and plenty of exercise. It’s our goal to make sure dog and owner are happy with the service and we can provide long-term care for your pet-sitting needs!

About: For the past three years, I’ve cared for pets through house sitting and drop ins. At home, I have 3 cats and a special needs Shiba Inu with anxiety, so I’m especially mindful with sensitive or high strung pets. I understand that just like people, each pet is different and has their own personality, as well as needs to feel safe and cared for. I currently work full time, but I am available for drop ins twice a day. I can do the first drop in around 11am, and the second any time after 5pm. I’m also available anytime on weekends. Starting in June, I’ll have an open schedule and can be available throughout the day/overnights. In my home, pets are cared for with patience, and a calm environment that supports their routines and comfort. In your home, I’m equally respectful and attentive, maintaining their normal schedule so they feel secure and stress free while you’re away.

About: Hi! My name is Briah, I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. I obtained an animal science degree with an emphasis on companion animal care. I also have 5 years of experience working as a veterinary assistant in local clinics, as I’ve recently transitioned careers I miss seeing furry friends on a daily basis. Unfortunately I don’t have pets of my own at this time, but I would love to help care for yours! I currently work from home 3 days a week, and spend most of my time at home on the weekends. About: I grew up with a lab/pitbull mix, and have lived with other big dogs. I get along with all puppies, and am down to lounge with them, walk them, or play! I am a remote worker, so I plan to walk dogs on my lunch break (approximately 12 PM - 1 PM). I can also check in on dogs and feed them as needed. I always make sure they have food and water, and feel safe in their environment. I’m not one to push a dog out of their comfort zone, but I will always approach your puppy with kindness and consideration.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and love them more than people so let me put all my dog-loving energy into spoiling yours! I’m off work for the summer (my availability will go down to just after work starting on 7/21) and available to meet your dogs needs whether it’s a puppy working on training or a senior who needs to take it slow :) I work full time in education so have long break availability (winter and summer break). During the school year, I am mostly only available on weekends but can be flexible with some evenings during the week. Just let me know what you need! I will be respectful of your space when in your home. I can come in and out or sit and stay awhile to keep your pup company.
