“10 stars if I could!! Libby is absolutely incredible. I have 2 medium dogs and 1 kitty who were all able to have a week long sleepover with Libby. I booked a few months in advance, so my pets and I were able to do a meet and greet. The dogs were immediately drawn to Libby and I knew they’d be in good hands. She’s kind, warm and trustworthy. While I was gone for the week, Libby sent pictures and videos at least a few times a day, and always immediately responded to me. The animals had zero issues, and all of the pictures looked like they were having their own vacation!! The dogs cuddled with her, played outside in her yard, and weren’t ready to leave when I picked them up. This was the first time I have been on vacation and wasn’t stressed about my pet care. “Perfect! If you're looking to have great care for your pet look no further. Our dog had a wonderful stay with them. They have 2 dogs of their own that he played with and kept him company. He also loved the attention from Aldrin and Teresa. They are a sweet friendly couple. Someone was always home to watch them and they took him on plenty of walks. That really helps when our dog is in a new place with new faces. We also appreciate their organization and communication skills. They confirmed the appointment the day before, asked good questions about our dog and provided just the right amount of pics/updates. The attention to detail is very much appreciated. We had a wonderful experience with Sabrina & Jason. They were caring, and clearly passionate about animals. Our dogs were well cared for, and we had complete peace of mind while they were with them. As a bonus, when my husband and daughters dropped the dogs off, the girls were absolutely enchanted. They declared it “the dream home for every kid” because of all the animals and the lively, welcoming atmosphere. Fred worked with our dog for 2 weeks while we traveled. He was awesome with continuous updates and photos :) He provided great insight and actions for us to work on. We were very impressed with the progress he made with our dog in such a short time. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
Alondra was absolutely amazing! She updated me multiple times a day with the cutest pictures and was constantly in communication with me. Alondra walked Jax multiple times during his stay and he loved roaming the backyard! She was so interactive with him and helped us tremendously with potty training. Before his stay he was having multiple accidents in our house, but hardly had any with the routine Alondra had him on. She even left us a list of everything she’s been doing with him so we can continue it at home. I would definitely book again and you should too!
Michell was super accommodating and very nice. She gave us plenty of updates and pictures. She was very professional and treated our little boy Benny with great loving care.
