About: What sets me apart is my combination of hands-on animal care experience, reliability, and genuine love for animals. I grew up on a farm, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience caring for a variety of farm animals, which taught me responsibility, patience, and the importance of paying attention to an animal’s individual needs. Pet care is a part of my everyday life because I’m a pet owner myself. I currently have a French Bulldog, so I’m very familiar with the unique needs of brachycephalic breeds and understand the importance of monitoring their activity, breathing, and comfort. I’m currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Biomedical and Translational Sciences, and my summer schedule is relatively light, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks and drop-in visits. I have always loved animals and volunteered at my local animal shelter throughout my undergraduate studies, where I gained experience caring for dogs with a variety of personalities and needs. Providing pets compassionate care is something I genuinely enjoy. When caring for pets during drop-in visits and walks, I focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and following their normal routine as closely as possible. During drop-ins, I can provide food and water, potty breaks, playtime, administer basic medications if needed, and give plenty of attention and companionship. For walks, I prioritize making sure they stay hydrated and comfortable, especially during the summer heat. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to treat every pet as if they were my own.

“Samantha is absolutely incredible! She recently watched our four pets (two dogs and two cats) and provided the absolute best care we could have asked for. Right from the start, her attention and care stood out. On the very first day, our dogs had a couple of accidents, and Samantha handled the pee and poop cleanup immediately and communicated with me. Our cat Jasmine was feeling quite shy and hid for the first day, but Samantha took the time to look for her and coax her out of her hiding spot. After which, we received frequent pictures of our sweet girl. Overall, we received lots of updates and pictures during every single visit, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We are so grateful to have found Samantha and cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

About: I have been a dog walker, dog bather, kennel tech, and worked at wildlife rehab. To say I love animals is an understatement, and I can't wait to meet and care for yours! I have been pet sitting in people's homes for nearly 20 years now, and have worked professionally with animals for many years. Dogs to Hedgehogs and snakes, tell me how to best care for your pets and I will exceed your expectations. I have watched over nursing puppies in shelters, and senior dogs in veterinary care and boarding, so I have experience with animals with anxiety and giving medications. I am on summer break from work at a local school, so your little ones will have my full attention. I do have a few 2/3 hr events two evenings a week, but I will be available for any pets in training, or who may need more frequents outdoor breaks. Because I understand that for many pets, consistency is very important, I try to stick as close to your regular walk/outside schedules as possible to make sure routines are kept just that*. Since every animal is different, I will let your pet lead the way with how much attention/ what kind of enrichment they like. I don't mean to brag, but my belly rubs are the bark of the town my neighborhood. **With the summer heat, I expect any walks taken will be very early or as the sun is setting so their paws are protected.

About: Lifelong dog lover offering walks, playtime, snuggles, and in-home sitting. I specialize in giving pups the attention and routine they need to feel happy and secure while you are away! I am blessed to be able to work from home all week which gives me the ability to take breaks whenever the dogs need attention. I have a large fenced in yard and two fur babies to keep your dog company. I can crate your dog if that is your routine, or they can roam free.

“Alice took such good care of our babies. Was always communicative and asked a lot of clarifying questions. The pics we got every day was a huge comfort along with her detailed notes on how the day went for each of our 3 wildly differently aged and personality cats (3F, 6M, and 11F). Even when she had to navigate a moody personality (11F), she worked out solutions in ways that you can tell she has a kind and gentle heart who cares deeply for animals. She also stayed in communications even when we had trouble getting signal while away. She even went above and beyond on some of our instructions, to include taking out the trash at the end of her visit (thank you! you didn’t have to do that). Her personal touch of leaving us behind treats, polaroid pics, and a cute letter was very nice and brought even more warmth and comfort to us when we got home. Thank you Alice for taking care of our babies. We never had to worry about their well-being and we found them happy and content when we got home from our 2-week vacation. We would def hire her again.”

About: I have watched pets for several friends in the past and look forward to watching yours! My current dog is well trained by my husband and I for hunting & is very obedient! I am a nurse who works just 2 days a week so have a lot of free time on my hands to care for your animals! I use Rover myself when needed for my dog! Our pup is the light of our life right now and enjoys being outdoors just as much as we do!

About: Our experience caring for our 5-year-old rescue dog has taught us the importance of patience, compassion, and commitment. We adopted him from a local shelter, where he had tested positive for heartworm. Through months of treatment, regular veterinary care, and lots of love, he made a full recovery and is now living a happy, healthy life. Caring for him gave us firsthand experience with administering medication, attending follow-up vet appointments, monitoring his recovery, and providing a calm, safe environment during the healing process. Most importantly, it showed us that every dog deserves a second chance. Pet care is a natural part of our daily routine. Every day includes feeding, providing fresh water, walks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. Having cared for our own rescue dog through his recovery, we're used to being attentive to a dog's individual needs and ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. We follow their regular routine, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. About: I've loved animals ever since I was young but I like to call them family cause losing one of them is like losing my actual kids. I worked a couple yrs with all kinds of pets while having amazing customer service, patience & Love for all pets. I'm such a pet lover that my first wedding band was lil dog collars, I wanted to be a Vet growing up but I can't handle seeing hurt babies, I can't even watch the ASPCA commercials. So I'd rather enjoy making them happy & celebrate them instead. I'm new to all of this but please give me a chance to show you & your fur babies that I'll treat your babies like I treat mine, I promise. I'm currently not working cause I take care of my mom but I've got extra time in my days & I would truly enjoy using that time for cute lil fur babies! I'm really good with pets that I've even been called the animal whisper lol but I feel that pets can tell good people & I'm a funny loving person with a huge heart for pets. I can't even watch the commercials... Breaks my heart.

About: I have been around Large and Medium size dogs my whole childhood, and would often care for them on my own for days to a week at a time. I get along well with both cats and dogs. I go to college and have classes Tuesday-Thursday, I often have lots of school work and I hope to integrate that into my pet-sitting. When caring for your pets, I will give them the exercise they need through walks and playtime while also giving them lots of cuddles so they are not lonely during my stay.

About: Growing up in a house full of animals gave me hands on experience with all shapes, sizes, and personalities. I’ve personally owned and cared for everything from a giant Great Dane to a high-energy Border Collie, so I know exactly how to manage different strength and exercise levels. I currently work part time, which gives me incredible flexibility throughout the week! Because my schedule is open most days, I can easily accommodate mid day walks, or specific feeding routines. Your pet will be my top priority, and I have plenty of time to give them the focused attention, exercise, and love they deserve while you are away. Safety is my absolute top priority when caring for your pets. Whether I am visiting your home or taking your dog out for a walk, I maintain strict supervision, keep them securely on leash.
