We had to book the reservation last minute but the process was extremely smooth. We have never had to ask anyone other than family to look after cookie while we travel. Needless to say even with a few mishaps with cookie getting adjusted Sarah and her family handled cookie with absolute love and care. I was updated with pictures and that made my family and I feel even more at ease. I will definitely be using Sarah again as long and her and her family allows cookie to be a guest again. He also loved the attention from Aldrin and Teresa. They are a sweet friendly couple. Someone was always home to watch them and they took him on plenty of walks. That really helps when our dog is in a new place with new faces. We also appreciate their organization and communication skills. They confirmed the appointment the day before, asked good questions about our dog and provided just the right amount of pics/updates. The attention to detail is very much appreciated.
