“I just tried Rover for the first time and chose Patrick because he was an all-star sitter with glowing reviews. We moved to Mansfield two years ago and were still using our previous sitter about 30 minutes away since we hadn’t tried anyone outside of family before, but it was making it tough logistically. Patrick and Dusty were incredibly communicative, very organized, and had a clear system in place, including labeled totes for pet’s items, printed checklists of what was brought, and detailed notes on what Rosie needed and when. They have a very secure backyard, and Rosie was allowed on the couch, which was perfect since she loves elevated spots for a better view. I received so many cute photos and videos during her stay. It was clear they were loving, attentive, and gave Rosie all the pets, attention, and cuddles she wanted. I’m so happy to have found a sitter in our area that we can rely on. He also loved the attention from Aldrin and Teresa. They are a sweet friendly couple. Someone was always home to watch them and they took him on plenty of walks. That really helps when our dog is in a new place with new faces. We also appreciate their organization and communication skills. They confirmed the appointment the day before, asked good questions about our dog and provided just the right amount of pics/updates. The attention to detail is very much appreciated. From the moment we did a meet and greet before his stay, we knew he would be in great hands. Throughout the week long stay, Yesenia was in constant communication with my wife and I. She sent tons of pictures and detailed updates every day, which kept all of our worries at bay.
