“We had a last-minute boarding request around Christmas, and Newana and her family were incredibly kind and accommodating in accepting my German Shepherd. From the start, the coordination was smooth and hassle-free. Newana kept us at ease by sending regular updates and photos, and she made sure my pup got his walks and plenty of care and attention. It was clear he was comfortable and well looked after in a friendly, family-like environment. We’re very thankful to Newana for stepping in during a busy holiday time and taking such good care of our German Shepherd. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and easy-to-work-with host on Rover!”
