I usually leave my "girls" at a boarding establishment and every time I pick them up they are exhausted, dehydrated and have runny stools. I feel this is due to not being able to sleep from all the commotion and feeling nervous! After meeting and using Zach (and his Fiance helped) I will never go back to boarding anywhere else! Zach is AMAZING and the girls loved both of them! Zach demonstrated genuine interest in knowing their habits, likes/dislikes, never hesitated to text if he had a question, sent multiple pics and answered my texts promptly. “Justin literally saved my trip!!!!! I apparently needed my birth certificate to get on a ship and take the cruise I was planning, I learned this early in the morning on the day I was supposed to board the ship. Justin was supposed to start sitting for me the day after. I called him in desperation and he immediately drove to my home, even though I had not hired him for that day and started to let me walk him through finding a single piece of paper in my large filing cabinet. He was absolutely patient, while I was in panic mode. HE FOUND IT!!!! Faxed it, and texted an image of it and was sooooo patient with me. I was able to board the ship! He then took very good care of my pets, home, plants and fed the feral cat that stops by for dinner at night. I came home to live plants, happy cats and feeling rested from a vacation that almost did'nt happen. I hired the right guy, and will absolutely hire him in the future. He is a calm presence....even if I was not. I would recommend him absolutely.”
“My dog is my BABY, so I am very picky with who I leave him with. I could not recommend Ariana more! She did AMAZING with my dog. She did drop in visits twice a day for 4 days while I was out of town. She walked him, feed him, took him on two walks a day and played fetch! She was so sweet to my dog and I could tell he was very comfortable with her. I got multiple pictures during each visit and a report cards of potty breaks/eating and drinking! Ariana took away the stress of being away from my boy. I have a Cat as well who is pretty self sufficient and has an automatic food dispenser so I told her she didn’t have to worry about taking care of him too; but she still gave him love and sent me pictures so I knew he was doing good! She watched my dog over the 4th of July weekend; I was worried about him being scared of the fireworks.. and she made a courtesy check in !!!!!!!!! She went out of her way (something I didn’t pay her for) just to make sure my dog felt safe and comfortable during the fireworks; which put me at ease. On the last day of her watching my dog, she had already made her stop for the day; I later noticed the AC at my house got shut off, she made another courtesy stop just to turn my AC back on so my dog didn’t get too hot!!! About: Ever since my brother got his indoor cat a little over a year ago, I have been occasionally helping care for her whenever they travel or need to be away for long stretches. Since she is an independent indoor cat, I am highly trained in preventing escapes—keeping doors strictly closed at all times is a natural habit for me because I know how important it is that she stays safe inside. I am also very careful about keeping the floors completely clear of small hazards like plastics, trash, or human food that could hurt her.I’ve learned to naturally adapt to her routine, making sure her meals are right on time, playing with laser pointers, and always giving her space when she wants it. I even take her to the vet for her vaccines and injections. Caring for her is just a natural part of my life at home, and I’m happy to offer that same calm, everyday protective care whenever someone needs a hand while they are away.

About: I cannot remember a time in my life when dogs were not around. As soon as I graduated college, I began volunteering with a no-kill shelter in Austin, Texas. Volunteering at the shelter quickly expanded to becoming a dog foster. At the time, I did not have dogs of my own, so I was the perfect candidate to foster long-stay dogs as well as dogs with behavior and medical issues. My first foster was a tiny puppy recovering from Parvo. It was one of the toughest and most rewarding dog experiences of my life! Fostering dogs with behavior issues gave me the opportunity to participate in several training courses and programs. One of those dogs even inspired a dog-empowerment non-profit organization (Dogs Out Loud) -- she was also the logo! After several years of working with this dog, she became my last foster dog...because we adopted her! We introduced another dog into our home a few years later and it was a constant work in progress (and training) to keep those two in each other's good graces. Both of those babes have since crossed the rainbow bridge. We currently foster through DFW Lab Rescue because we are not ready to adopt, but as mentioned above, I can't imagine a home with no dog. My journey with dogs has allowed me to meet a wide range of unique creatures with unique needs, giving me the confidence to handle all types of dog situations. I work from home and am able to tend to pets all throughout the day. I love interacting with animals and I try to work them into any part of my day that is possible. I honor and respect all rules established within the home for each animal. I will spend time with and love on the animals in the same way I care for my own dogs.
