“Such a relief to find someone so great to stay with our babies! They seemed happy and very well taken care of when we got home. I also enjoy all of the updates and pictures while we are gone! THANK YOU!”

“Atticus and I did a Meet & Greet two days prior to her pet sitting my six year old chocolate lab in my home. My dog, Lilly Bear, was instantly comfortable with her. In addition to taking good care of Lilly, I appreciated Atticus taking good care of my home by getting my mail each day and also remembering to put out my garbage cans. She was very communicative which is always helpful when you're away on a trip. I definitely would use Atticus again!”

About: I love animals and have had dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve also cared for other varieties of animals including birds, reptiles and rodents. I’m happy to feed your birds, reptiles or rodents too. I’m currently working part time so, I’ll have plenty of time to care for and play with your animals. I’m also happy to taxi them to doggy day care or the vet. House sitting also available. I treat animals like my own. If they’ll let want to play or lay, it’s fine with me. I adhere to your rules but try to spoil them too.

“Alexis was awesome! She was so kind and asked a lot of questions to ensure our dog was comfortable. We have an energetic young pup and she handled his excitement very well. She sent lots of pictures and kept us updated during her stay. She left the place as clean as when we left it. We will hopefully be able to book with her again!”

“I highly recommend Makaela to house sit and care for your fur babies! Very professional and communicate. I’m sure your pet will love her just like my 4 year old husky does. If you are looking for house/pet sitting, you definitely want to use Makaela.”

About: My mother bred dachshunds, and my father had a wolf dog hybrid when I was young. Im familiar with dogs from 4 pounds to 120+, with informal experience in basic training and lots of experience playing. I work 5 days a week at a coffee shop in Los Osos, so mornings are usually busy for me. Afternoons and evenings are nearly always free, and Im available for overnight house sitting if the relevant pets can wait 4-7 hours for my shifts to finish. I am attentive to details, and love written instructions. I believe in treating animals with respect, and in treating owners the same. Everyone knows their own animals best, and following normal care routines to the best of my ability/availability is always my goal.

“Denise was amazing, super accommodating by meeting us at Hearst Castle parking lot and staying with our dog Mambo. She was on time, very patient and sweet with him. I would highly recommend her.”

“Jeannette was so lovely to work with. She is communicative and so kind. She watched our house and our three pets and was terrific at the entire job. I will work with her again hands down. Thank you Jeannette!”

About: I’ve been a professional house sitter for 10 years. I had a dog of my own for about 5 years-a big beautiful german shepherd who we trained extensively. I love dogs (and cats!) but with my traveling lifestyle, I can’t commit to having my own, but I have plenty of love and energy to give to others. I’m reliable, clean, communicative and love to adventure & hike, especially with doggy friends. I have a flexible work schedule and can work around you and your pets specific needs. Happy to help with high energy dogs, older chill dogs-and everything in between. I believe animals should be treated with respect and love and consistency just like a member of the family. They are full of unconditional love and that should be returned to them.

“Forest did an amazing job caring for our pets. He made sure to keep to our detailed routine and was very good at communicating — asking questions to ensure he was doing try right things, sending photos and texting updates. Whether you have cats, dogs or chickens — or all those pets, Forest will take excellent care of them and leave your home tidy as well. I will definitely hire Forest again.”

About: Ever since I was little, I’ve been passionately in love with dogs and had always had that special place in my heart for them. I have an adorable dog that I love so much in my hometown (Philippines) and I lived with her for about 4 years before I left to go here. Even though I’m away, I remained consistent with making her feel loved from afar and giving her lots of gifts and her needs, and my family has been taking really good care of her for me. Here beside me, cuddled, as I’m typing this is a wonderful dog that I also love so much and I’ve had her for 4 years now. I take her on daily morning walks and anytime during the day, give her baths, and the love and attention that she deserves so much. I also spoil her with yummy and healthy foods, lots of toys, and snuggles. I’m a passionate animal lover, who gives her best to treat and love animals the way they deserve. Rest assured that I can be trusted to be your pawsome fur baby’s best friend and caretaker at the same time ❤️ I’m currently going to college but some of my classes are online which makes my schedule more flexible. I’m absolutely available on Mondays through Fridays to walk, play, and take good care of your pawsome fur babies! I have a safely fenced backyard, and an amazing dog that can keep them company in addition to me and my kind-hearted, animal-loving family which will bring them more comfort with a family atmosphere. A lot of genuine care and attention are going to be showered on your beloved pets, and the house will be rest assured dog-proof and safe! I’m also a very aware and attentive person, so I can assure you that your pets will be safe and happy with my company either in my home or the client’s! I’m also going to make sure that your pawsome pets feel at home around my presence, and to give them the utmost love, care, and attention that they deserve! ❤️

About: I treat every animal I take care of like they are mine. All of my animals are VERY spoiled and loved and get the best quality care I can offer. I love being outside (weather isn’t a issue I’ll walk dogs in the rain/snow!). I’ve taken care of puppies that needed help potty training all the way to old senior dogs that need special medication 3 times a day. I love all breeds! I believe there are no “bad breeds”. I will love on your dog the whole time I’m with them and treat them like they are mine. I know it’s hard for you to leave your animal, so especially during the 1st couple days I will spend extra time with them to make sure they are comfortable with me and not stressed about you leaving. I also love cats. I’ve taken care of kittens and having to bottle feed them to old cats with maintenance/special lifestyles. I believe cats need as much attention as dogs. I have owned horses for 20 years. I can also care for any and all equines. I’ve worked with unhandled horses to high end show horses. I don’t mind making up grain, cleaning stalls and weighing hay as needed. The only animal I will not watch are snakes. I will happily watch any critter you have! Just no snakes. If I’m being honest I’m absolutely terrified of them. Lol! It is second nature to me. Taking care of animals is just the norm. It is always a priority to me. I’m always thinking about them and how to make them happier. I work, but it is very flexible so I am able to let out for potty breaks and give meds as needed. I will follow your routine with your animals so it’s not strange for them with a new person. They will be treated as if they are my own personal pet. Lots of snuggles, pets, love and treats if allowed! Your house will be as clean as when you left it. I always strip the bed, start any laundry, take out trash, wipe down everything and make sure all dishes are done and put away if applicable.

About: Hi there! As a lifelong pet owner and lover, caring for cats and dogs has been an integral part of my life. With years of hands-on experience tending to my own furry companions and those of my family and friends, I understand the unique joys and responsibilities that come with pet care. My passion for pets extends beyond basic care; I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment. I am adamant about keeping our home as chemical and artificial fragrance-free as possible, ensuring that your beloved pets can thrive and reducing chances of ingesting anything unsafe. Whether it's cozy cuddle sessions, stimulating playtime, or simply ensuring their comfort and well-being, I prioritize creating a loving and secure atmosphere for all animals under my care. Your pet's happiness and health are my top priorities, and I look forward to welcoming them into my home where they will be treated with the same affection and attention as my own. As a plus, my darling cat Clarke and loving golden retriever Max, LOVE having friends over. Both are extremely friendly to other people and animals and they will help make sure your fur baby feels welcome and loved too. I am available for boarding full-time on the weekends. During the week, I am at work from 10:00am-4:00pm. During that time, my husband (another animal lover of course!) is home with our babies. The longest our babies are left alone is 2 hours and that's not often. I am dedicated to catering to your pets special needs. If they like relaxing and feeling safe in their crate, I'll make sure they're cozy. If they are active and need daily walks, we will be sure they get all the exercise they need! We have a fully gated fence with a lawn big enough for playing and a covered patio with bedding for those that love afternoon snoozes outside. Our cat and dog are our children and they absolutely love having friends over. Max, our golden retriever is a gentle giant. He's generally quite lazy but enjoys playing with visitors for a bit. Clarke the kitty loves cuddles and mostly likes to observe all goings-on in the home. She has never scratched or been aggressive to other animals. If I am going to your home, you can expect that I take your instructions and preferences very seriously. Just let me know the do's and don'ts and you can rest easy knowing your pets are being cared for and loved.

About: Spending time with dogs is one of my favorite activities to do, and I would love to spend time with yours! I'm very active and love the outdoors - specializing in hiking, trail running, and beach walks. Good times, a tired pup, and plenty of photos are 100% guaranteed! I'm currently available throughout the day to walk, hike, or run with your dog throughout the Cayucos area, on weekdays and weekends! Whether that be morning exercise, a lunch break, or right before you get home. I ensure that your dog(s) remain comfortable in their home when house sitting; I double check to make sure any and all gates or doors are locked prior to leaving the home.

Teagen H.
“Teagen has watched our two pups many times and is absolutely fantastic. Not only does she make sure they’re well fed, watered, and cared for, but she truly goes the extra mile to keep them happy and entertained. On rainy days when a walk isn’t possible, she’ll play creative games like ‘hide and seek’ (which one of my dogs is now obsessed with)! We still play it regularly at home thanks to her. It’s such a relief knowing our dogs are in such loving, thoughtful hands. We trust her completely and couldn’t recommend Teagen more!”

Jhannah Veronica M.
“I highly recommend Jhannah Veronica as a pet caregiver! She is such a sweet girl and came to my rescue when I needed someone to watch my pitbull mix, Nova, overnight. She followed my instructions closely and wasn’t hesitant to ask any questions, ensuring Nova’s care was just right. Jhannah gave me peace of mind by constantly updating me on Nova’s situation, which I truly appreciated. She even dropped Nova off the next day, which was a thoughtful touch. Nova loved playing with her dog, Janga, too! I would definitely choose her again to care for Nova and highly recommend her. 😊”

Daryn T.

Hilary & Richard M.

Andrea B.
“Andrea has been dog sitting, my 6 month old pup named Henney for a few weeks now. My pup was abused before we adopted her and is very timid of people. Within hours of meeting Andrea she became comfortable and started to open up. By the time I went to pick her up that first day, she didn't even want to come home! Andrea is loving and kind to all animals and has a flexible schedule. I would highly recommend her for your pup's needs! ”
