“Christine is amazing! She is punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to accommodate my last-minute request while I was in town visiting family and unexpectedly needed someone to care for my dog. I’m always nervous about leaving my dogs with someone new, but Christine immediately put my mind at ease. It was clear that she genuinely cared for my dog and treated him like one of her own. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

About: While I've never been paid to pet sit, I've checked in on my neighbor's dogs upon request, feeding them and taking them outside when necessary. It's impossible to estimate just how long I've cared for animals. While I'm on the hunt for a full or part time job over the summer, my availability will be flexible. As of now, I will be available at any time on any day. I've been around all sorts of animals in my life, currently living with my family's two boy dogs, Tucker and Charlie. With them, I've become familiar with using crates, feeding schedules, playtime, and of course, cuddles.

About: Full time and flexiable! 15yrs of experience. I’m a forever animal lover! I’m fun, lovable, can be energetic and also laid back. I love to teach-that includes doggy commands until they get it right with positive reinforcement. Dogs have always been a part of my family. After my dog I cared for since high school passed I figured what a great way to spread my doggy love to others. Not only will I be a great dog sitter but your dog will love coming to see me each time! We will have each other at hello! Health, safety, and emotional state will be in great hands! Choose me as a regular you won’t regret it! If not, find that perfect match :) God bless you!
About: While I’ve grown up around dogs, I began regularly dog walking, training, and house sitting about five years ago. I’ve learned a lot through hands-on experience as well as educational videos focused on leash training and positive handling techniques. I’ve applied what I’ve learned with around 8 dogs, including a puppy that I taught to walk on a leash from scratch. Through my experience, I’ve learned that caring for a dog isn’t simply about how far you can walk or getting them to behave perfectly. It’s about understanding the individual dog, paying attention to their comfort and needs, and helping them feel safe and relaxed in their environment. My goal is always to provide patient, attentive care while building trust with each dog. I currently have my own business, so scheduling for walk, checks and house sitting is pretty easy. Once schedule, your pet is my priority, so there's no rushing. When going into clients’ homes, it’s important to me to be respectful and considerate of their space. I always do my best to leave the home as clean as it was when I arrived and to clean up any messes that pets may make while I’m there. Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide pet care or have pets stay at my own home.
“This was my first time using Rover, and I’m so glad I gave it a try! I had been talking with Amanda about our upcoming week and her watching our fur babies. She was incredibly compassionate and thoughtful—regularly checking in and sending us updates and adorable pictures of our dogs. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I’ll definitely be using her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!”
“Desiree was absolutely wonderful with our four furr babies. She went above and beyond with our cats, especially our youngest cat Snowy is super skittish when it comes with new people. She got Snow to purr ^^ Along with our medical cat, Asher, and our grumpy cat, absolutely adore her. Highly recommend Desiree!!! I didn't mention my other two cats, because they don't count lolz”

“This was our first time using Rover and Britney was great! She was kind with our dogs, followed our meditation instructions and a great communicator! We could tell our dogs were very comfortable with her and enjoyed her visits. We will definitely be reaching out to her next time we need to leave them.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
