About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life and have always had multiple dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable with different breeds, sizes, and personalities. Over the years, I’ve dog sat and house sat for multiple families, handling everything from daily walks and feeding schedules to overnight care and keeping pets on their normal routines. I’ve also worked closely with a professional dog trainer, which has given me a strong understanding of dog behavior, structure, and how to handle different temperaments. Including high-energy dogs and those that need a little extra patience and attention. I’m experienced with puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, and I’m comfortable with things like basic training reinforcement, administering medications if needed, and adjusting care based on each dog’s individual needs. I have experience in house management as well, so I’m happy to help keep your home tidy, bring in mail, water plants, and make sure everything is in order while you’re away. I’m available 24/7 for bookings through May 11th, which allows me to provide consistent care, attention, and companionship throughout the day and night. Starting May 11th, I will be working part-time, but I will still have strong availability for pet care and house sitting, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. I’m committed to maintaining your pet’s routine and making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping your pet comfortable by maintaining their normal routine and environment. I’m experienced with overnight stays and house sitting, and I make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m comfortable with crating if needed, administering medications, following detailed care instructions, and adjusting to each dog’s individual needs. I provide regular walks, playtime, and can take dogs to nearby parks. I’m also attentive to behavior and energy levels to make sure your pet is both happy and comfortable. I’m very respectful of your home and treat it with the same care and attention I would my own. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and happy to help with additional tasks around the house. About: I have 3 older extra large dogs, 1 young medium dog, and 1 senior small dog. I’ve also had cats in my family. I’m used to caring for different sizes, ages, and energy levels, from slow walks with seniors to keeping up with younger, more active dogs. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, and just making sure pets feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I work part time from 12–3 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but my schedule is flexible and can change. Outside of those hours, I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends, which gives me plenty of time to give pets consistent care, walks, feeding, and attention. I’m able to adjust my availability when needed. At my home, I have a large fenced yard where my dogs can safely play and spend time outside. I walk, feed, and play with them daily, and make sure they stay on a consistent routine. I’m very attentive to their needs and always make time for exercise, enrichment, and care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible. I make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get walks and playtime if needed, and feel comfortable and safe in their environment. Knowing your pet is in good hands while you're away is important to ease your mind and ensure your pets health and safety. Here is a little background information regarding my experience in the pet care industry to help reduce the stress of leaving your pet. As a child I was raised with a household of pets from dogs to cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles and fish and more! I am currently a dog mom to a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher Mix name Charlotte who has a history of separation anxiety. Outside of my personal household, I have over 15 years' experience as a private pet sitter for dogs and cats as well as a dog walker. I have over 5 years' experience in a dog and cat boarding and training facility. I have experience with horses as a rider, farm hand and lead (line) trainer. I have worked with elderly, animals with medical needs and blind and deaf animals. I am a Pediatric Nurse and looking to supplement my income. I may have minimal availability for early morning and late nights. Please ask if you have any questions about my availability. I am available for drop ins and walks. I am available for early mornings (as early as 0500) or after hours. If you do not see availability for certain dates, please reach out to me with special requests.
