About: I've been with and around pets since I was 14. I am a reliable resource to pet, play, feed, and walk neighbors' and friends animals for lots of time. I don't personally have any pets myself, but I often have dogs come stay with us and go visit other people's pets. I'm used to a dog running around and everyday responsibilities of having a pet/ I care for pets in my home or clients' home with the knowledge of what the dog is allowed and not allowed to do, what boundaries the home has, and the animal's safety at the front of my mind at all times.
About: I have 3 older extra large dogs, 1 young medium dog, and 1 senior small dog. I’ve also had cats in my family. I’m used to caring for different sizes, ages, and energy levels, from slow walks with seniors to keeping up with younger, more active dogs. I’m able to adjust my availability when needed. At my home, I have a large fenced yard where my dogs can safely play and spend time outside. I walk, feed, and play with them daily, and make sure they stay on a consistent routine. I’m very attentive to their needs and always make time for exercise, enrichment, and care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible. I make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get walks and playtime if needed, and feel comfortable and safe in their environment. About: I have been volunteering in a local animal shelter for about 6 months and after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh I am looking to commit more time to helping out the people and pets in my community! In the shelter I helped admitted lost animals and I have experience walking and taking dogs out for field trips. During field trips I would walk dogs through frick park, relax on my porch, and take them to get a pup cup! I loved being able to help out the dogs and give them the love they deserve! I have passed the Fear Free shelter program and have experience with dog walking as well as caring for my family’s own cat and dog. I am excited to start this new journey! I would have time at lunch, as well as before or after work to care for your dog. My lunch is flexible so I can work around you! On weekends I have open availability. In the middle of work days I would not be able to provide more than 30 minutes walking or spending time with your dog, but before/after week days and during weekends I could spent up to and hour with your dog to give them extra love! In my client’s home I would care for the pet just as you would! I would ask for and follow your instructions on how you would like your pet cared for and would of course give him or her lots of love!
About: I’ve been a huge animal lover and taken care of animals since I was about 14 years old. I have fed, walked, and spend time playing with dogs and cats of all ages. About: Growing up in a big dog- and cat-loving home, my affinity for animals was realized at an early age. I’ve been the go-to person amongst family and friends for pet care since I was a kid. I’ve dabbled in this passion on the side my whole life, but am now pursuing it full tilt and hope to build a career in conservational zoology. In 2020, pet care grew outside of my inner circle of friends and family, and I gained clientele I still work for to this day. While in Hawaii from August 2024 to February 2026, I dog-sat for five families on top of my day job, regularly tending to their pets every week (and some every day). This included walks and meals, house calls, trips to the beach, hikes, daily visits to the local dog parks, bathing and brushing, extended stays at my home while owners traveled, and coordinating play dates with other pet-sitters. Pants is a 5 month old Maine Coon kitten, and he makes himself right at home in any space he occupies. He’s adventurous and outspoken, and keeps Thistle moving (and slightly irritated) throughout the day. He’s proving to be too clever for his own good!
