About: I have trained puppies to be mobility service dogs from when they were eight weeks old to two years old. I have also lived with dogs for the past 17 years. I am highly proficient in training basic skills (sit, down, stay, heel) and well-versed in positive reinforcement and praise-based training methods. I also have experience with exercising dogs both physically and through mental enrichment. I am currently working a Wednesday to Sunday schedule and am generally available after 5 pm on those days. I have much more daytime availability Mondays and Tuesdays. I am happy to find appropriate walks for your pets of all ages and abilities in the area. I will make sure to meet your pet's physical and mental needs and communicate clearly and effectively.

She kept Kya’s routine the same and did lots of walks, hikes, and adventures with her the week we were gone. About: Hello! My name is MaKenzie, I am 24 years old and I grew up around dogs my entire life so this is not something that is new to me! I have been watching animals since I was 16, and have always loved it. I have watched all different kinds of animals from pigs and chicken all the way to bunnies and reptiles. I live in a house with a great yard (unfenced) with my dog Mochi. My dog is a female Doberman who LOVES to play. Mochi is extremely energetic so we do play and walk a lot. If your dog is similar, and as energetic as Mochi, then this would be a great spot for them! I’m currently running dog/cat sitting as a full time business, so I have all the time in the world. I also work part time for another company with hours around 11am-1pm. Whenever dogs visit they get free roam of the house along with my pup! Dogs do remain on leashes when going outside as I don’t have a fence. Dogs are not allowed unattended outside at all.

“Kenzie is trustworthy, super great and sweet with dogs, and I wouldn't honestly trust anyone else to love my dogs like I do as much as I trust her! I always just want my dogs to play and get lots of love when I'm not home and she always loves them like I do. I focus on positive reinforcement, I don't ever yell or act negatively towards them and she's the same. It's always scary leaving your dogs with other people and wondering if your dog is getting the same love, or if it's sad that you're not home, etc. and I've never had to worry about that with her. If theres ever anything wrong she calls right away and doesn't wait. She's super responsible with dogs - I just seriously trust no one else with my dogs as much as her. When I'm looking for someone to watch my dog while I'm out of town I am expecting them to be at my home watching my dogs, playing with them, making sure they're happy and loving them. I've had multiple other sitters in the past who will come in the morning, say hi. leave. come in the evening feed them, take them out. leave. and that's not okay with me - Kenzie stays with the dogs, she truly cares and makes sure they're happy, she updates me with photos, I just know they're being well taken care of and that's what's important to me!”
