About: Sweet, compassionate, and experienced dog house sitter dedicated to making your pup feel safe, loved, and right at home 🐾 I treat every dog like family, paying close attention to their routines, personalities, and needs. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or a calm, comforting presence, I’m here to give your pet the care and affection they deserve while you’re away. Reliable, attentive, and full of heart—you can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands. With experience in extremely large breeds to extremely small breeds, I’ve also worked with sweet overly friendly, to some nervous and fear driven dogs, as well as high energy work driven pups! I like to take the time to meet dogs where they are at and ensure they are comfortable! Working with fosters for years and having rescued many personalities my boys I lost last year a lab and a lab/cane corso often welcomed many dogs into our home to dog sit and even foster. It was always an adventure! I generally have a pretty flexible schedule though I do work 8 hour days. Outside of that my time would be solely dedicated to your pup/pups! I lost both of my boys last year with in a 4 month period of time. They were crate trained as pups but free roamed from on. Given their sizes and needs they were both well over 100lbs they were on daily meds for arthritis so I am perfectly comfortable with administering medication. I am great with following directions and my goal is always to keep the routine as normal and comfortable for both pups and you as I know how nerve racking it can be for everyone leaving.
“Drew takes get care of my Maine Coon cat when I'm away. He is always out and ready to greet and get loving when Drew stops bye. Plus the photos of the visit make a cat mom's heart melt.”

About: I have had dogs of my own since I was a child. I have been involved in fostering for local rescues & shelters for 5 years I have co-ran my own 501c3 rescue for almost 3 years I do work full time, so I am gone Monday- Friday from roughly 7A.M until 6 P.M. (depending on how far you are from my job). I drive Uber on the weekends during the summer months, but those hours are flexible & can vary based on your pet's needs. I have a fenced yard, but I have 3 senior dogs of my own and because of running the rescue, I usually have a foster dog as well so taking a dog into my home would be more challenging, but if I were to drop in or stay at your home, your dog(s) would get all of the one on one attention &time that they require
“She was great with my pup benji! She went above and beyond for him. And even helped out with my cat. I will definitely book her again to take care of my animals! Thank you for answering a last minute booking.”

About: Back in 2022 I had one girl ask if I can watch her dog and I told her of course I love dogs and then after that I had so many more people asked me after I told them that I watch dogs and cats and ever since then I absolutely loved what I did. Seeing different types of pets with different personalities made me love it more. So I work throughout the week and I wanted to start only on the weekends first just to get myself through the door but maybe in the future I can make this a full time job Mostly a lot of the animals I took care of I got to be apart of there homes all of them so I got to stay over take care of them play with them take them on long walks feed them and just show them lots and lots of love and attention cause that’s what they need. Every animal is different so whatever the client tells me I will follow instructions through and I love to send lots of pictures of there animals to clients to let them know they are safe and in good hands

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I love spending time with dogs and cats of all personalities and ages! I currently have two senior rescue dogs and a rescue cat — Madison, Olive, and Winnie — who have taught me so much about patience, trust, and individualized care. Because my own pets came with health and behavioral challenges, I understand how important it is to find someone dependable, patient, and attentive to care for your pets. I’m happy to help with walks, playtime, feeding, medications, potty breaks, backyard time, litter box care, and plenty of love and attention. During house sits, I can also bring in mail/packages, water plants, and help keep your home feeling cared for while you’re away. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, anxious, or just wants extra cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I'm starting nursing school in the fall so will have a fairly flexible schedule around school-related things (classes, clinicals, studying, etc.) I will do my best to ensure my schedule is up to date so there are no surprises. Depending on the service I would like to set up at least one meet and greet to get to know your fur baby, their schedule, quirks, etc.
“Jessica was great with Holly. Holly can be very scared and anxious and she loved Jessica. Jessica was on time and kept me updated. She sent lots of pictures. I will definitely call her again when I need someone to care for her.”

“Khirah is a five star pet sitter. We have two shy cats and she tried hard to find the kitties during each daily visit. We appreciated the daily photos and updates. We felt vey comfortable with Khirah taking care of our pets and we look forward to asking her to pet sit in the future!”

Kimberly is Hands down the greatest there is! She takes the best of care with my fur baby and there’s no one I trust more. From day one she’s been awesome with him ( he’s a picky and judgmental boy lol) whether it’s walking him or playing ball if he’s being stubborn. Thank you a million times 😊

Donald is such an amazing pet sitter!! We have been so pleased with Donald, he is very diligent and takes his job seriously. I feel confident and relieved to know he can be there when I am not able to, and so appreciative for the notes and amazing pictures he sends our way. Donald allows us to enjoy our time away knowing he is there for our 2 dogs. Our dogs adore him!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
