About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs since I was young, and I’ve always been the person friends, family, and neighbors can count on to care for their pets. As a rescue dog mom myself, I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. I’m comfortable with energetic dogs, long walks, playtime, feeding, and giving plenty of love and attention. Working in the athletic training field, I care for athletes daily and that patience, responsibility and attentiveness to safety translates to dogs as well! I’ll treat your pup like they’re my own and keep you updated with photos along the way! My schedule gives me some flexibility to provide walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I’m especially available during the early mornings, lunch breaks, evenings after work, and weekends. I’m happy to work with you to find a time that fits your pup’s routine. I’m an athletic trainer by profession, so I’m naturally attentive, responsible, and safety-minded. I’m used to caring for others and staying calm in unexpected situations, and I bring that same care and attention to every pup I look after.
“Debra was genuinely excellent. She took care of our cats exactly as promised, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We were lucky to be so close, and we are looking forward to having such a reliable caretaker nearby. We plan on asking Debra to take care of our pets again soon”

About: I have had a dog consistently since I was 10 years old. They are my best friends. I have experience walking them, baths, playing, training, giving them proper medication when needed and just making sure they are cared for and loved. I currently have a 12 year old teddy bear, she has cataracts and is losing her spark, I can't take her on walks like before anymore. I would love to see the joy in other dogs, like how happy they get when going outside or just getting attention when you are working or want a night out! I am used to being on a routine. I currently walk outside daily now and would love to have some company with some furry friends 😊 I have an 12 year old teddy bear dog that I have had since she was 1 years old. She developed arthritis in her knees and hips as she got older. I have to give her medication, she also got diagnosed with cataracts, so she can't go for walks with me anymore.
“Dace took care of our cat when we were out of town for a few days. She was prompt, spent plenty of time with our cat, and sent really cute pictures. Our cat isn’t the friendliest gal but Dace was able to earn her trust and she is a fantastic fit. Highly recommend Dace to take care of your fur babies. She’s awesome!!”

“As always, Alicia & Richard take great care of our cat. We have used them many times for both dog boarding and drop-ins on the feline. They're wonderful people and excellent pet care people!! Will continue to use them when we travel.”

“I highly recommend Katie to help take care of your pet. I had some detailed instructions for her and she carried them out perfectly. She took her time on her visits, and I fully trusted her with my dog. I am very happy with her services and I will definitely use her again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - North Myrtle Beach
Our girl, Nina is a very nervous pup which is why we could never pick a sitter for her outside of a one close friend. But we moved and I was stressed to hire someone who didn't already know her. Jenny came in and Nina didn't bark. She did not look nervous And walked well for her. Even taking a few treats from her afterwards. Jenny's calm confidence and genuine kindness resonate outward and Nina feels that, she was not stressed when we came home. Thank you Jenny!💞

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
