About: I’ve taken care of dogs for almost 10 years. I got my own first cat 6 years ago from the shelter, and kept going with a barn kitten, two puppies and then a 4 week old kitten off the side of the road. I’ve successfully crate trained both of my dogs and have had to administer medication to both dogs and cats. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I’m home every day with our 2 dogs and 3 cats. I love being with my cats especially. My cats are very different, with different temperaments and different needs. My long term goal is to open a cat cafe that acts as a kind of foster home while the cats wait to be adopted! I am more than happy to spend time with your kitties, giving pets, feeding them, scooping litter, and especially playing with the kitties favorite toys! Anything to make your furry best friend a little more comfortable while they wait for you to come home! Additional instructions are always helpful too!

I currently have a sweet (and slightly spoiled!) mini dachshund named Scout, and have also cared for many different breeds over the years — from shy, but lovable pitbulls to mellow cocker spaniels and to high-energy lab puppies. I will follow all instructions to ensure that your pets are cared for the way that you wish. I am comfortable administering treatments or medications that are set out with detailed directions from owners. My goal is to keep your pet happy and safe while you have a Worry Free Day. I'm available for walking, in-home visits, and play time during the morning and in the evening during the week. On weekends I have pretty open availability. In your home I will follow your wishes and maintain your pets safety at all times. I do not take pets outside a gated area without being leashed no matter how well they may be trained. About: I’ve had dogs all my life, both small and large. I really enjoy taking care of them and entertaining them. I’m open to learning how to take care of your puppy and meet all their needs. I’m home for the summer, so I’m free most days. I do have a job Monday through Friday, 8am-2pm, but I’m very available in the evenings for any help. Weekends are pretty free if I’m not traveling! I have a fenced in yard and a very walkable neighborhood. I also have no other pets currently, so if they need one-on-one attention, I can do just that.
