About: I’ve owned dogs and cats for decades, and now that I’m retired, I can devote my time to caring for your furry friends. I’m certified by the American Red Cross in Cat and Dog First Aid, and currently volunteer with the NHC Humane Society. Our fenced-in back yard (with doggy door) is ready for your dog to run around in, do business, or play fetch. And walking is my passion, so your pooch will get their steps in with me. I’ve got lots of time as a retired business owner, so your pet’s daily routine will be mine while your pet is in my care. About: I can not resist dogs. They are so sweet! I would be happy to come to your home or have your pet come to me! My experience is mostly with large dogs but love the little ones too. I have experience watching cats, fish and turtles as well. I understand that everyone cares for their pet differently and will make sure to care for your pet the way that he/she is accustomed, following any rules you lay out and care for your pet just like you do. You can rest assured knowing I will love your pets! I enjoy long walks with dogs and can take dog to the nearby dog park. I work from home and have a totally flexible schedule. I am available everyday and in the evenings. I am self employed and my work time is pretty flexible so I am able to do walks, potty time, play time, etc as needed for the pet. I have a small fenced in yard. I live near the beach for beach walks and near the state park for some nice shaded walks. There is also a dog park near by. About: Hello! I have grown up with more pets than people in my household, and that has served me well. I am capable of handling multiple dogs on walks (there’s nothing more comical than juggling multiple leashes) and caring for both cats and dogs. I was an assistant in therapy dog training and puppy training for four years (Teamworks in Raleigh), and this has provided me with cognitive and behavioral insight into dogs. About: I have two French Bulldogs and a Weimaraner, so I’m very used to energetic dogs and love helping them get their energy out through walks and play. About: I have grown up having multiple dogs throughout my entire life and know how important it is to find someone reliable and trusting with a fur family member. I have dog and cat sitting experience starting from 13 years old to now being an adult! I’ve had multiple experiences with many sizes and breeds of dogs. I have a dog and a bearded dragon, so every day I make sure my dog gets fed, let out , she has a electric collar so she knows where not to go , and has some playtime, and I take care of my bearded dragon, feeding and tank setup. On the days I work Friday through Monday, i also take my bearded dragon out on my lunch and feed him, I plan ahead so they’re taken care of before I leave and when I get home. It’s something I stay pretty consistent with. I make sure each pet’s routine stays as normal as possible. In my home, I keep a consistent schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and cleaning. I have experience caring for my own dog and bearded dragon, so I’m used to different types of pet needs, including exercise, feeding schedules, and habitat care. In a client’s home, I follow the instructions they provide closely,making sure pets are fed on time, walked or exercised, given attention, and that their living space stays clean and safe. About: Worked alongside veterinarian while I was in college. Eventually became a nurse, however never lost my love for animals. Occasionally pet sit for friends and family. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, lizards and birds since I was 10! Our family has three dogs, one that I’ve personally trained since she was a puppy. My roommate and I also consistently foster kittens until we can find them a forever home I work part time, but short shifts (usually only about 6 hours) and have classes for 2 hour increments every weekday morning. I have more than enough time to make sure every fur baby gets enough care while you’re away!
