About: As a current graduate student in social work, I bring empathy, patience, and responsibility to every pet I care for. I have lifelong experience with dogs and cats, through both personal familial experience and through pet sitting for multiple clients, each with different needs, routines, and personalities. I am attentive to detail and behavior, am experienced with maintaining schedules, following instruction, and communicating clearly. I prioritize being respectful of both pets and their homes, and as a busy grad school student without a pet, love treating each pet with love as if it were my own. Thankfully, pet care fits naturally into my routine. As a busy grad student, I am highly organized and plan my weeks in advance. This allows me to reliably commit to overnight stays, drop-in visits, and walks. Caring for pets is something I intentionally make time for, as it can be grounding for me, and is something I genuinely have always enjoyed doing. I am dependable with time and commitments, and will only accept booking I know I can prioritize and fully commit to. I primarily offer pet care in clients’ homes, helping ensure pets remain comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I follow all care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, and if applicable, walks, medication, playtime, litter box care, and any household guidelines. I give pets affection, attention, and enrichment based on their needs, making sure to update with messages and photos. I am extremely mindful of being respectful in the home, keeping the space clean and safe, along with your pet!

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats for decades, and now that I’m retired, I can devote my time to caring for your furry friends. I’m certified by the American Red Cross in Cat and Dog First Aid, and currently volunteer with the NHC Humane Society. Our fenced-in back yard (with doggy door) is ready for your dog to run around in, do business, or play fetch. And walking is my passion, so your pooch will get their steps in with me. I’ve got lots of time as a retired business owner, so your pet’s daily routine will be mine while your pet is in my care. I’ll take your dogs fur walks around the neighborhood and/or stop in for feedings, meds, playtime and cuddles. I’ll take care of your dog’s waste as well. I am insured with U.S. Liability Insurance Company.

About: Making sure animals feel loved, secure and happy are my priority always. I have taught my own dog tricks and commands like “sit,” “paw,” “down,” and “up,” as well as teaching her to use bells when she needs to go to the bathroom. I have taken care of puppies and senior dogs, they have all enjoyed their time with me. When I’m not at work I’m hanging around with my own dog. We go on walks, play, have treats, work on her commands, lay out in the sun and listen to her favorite songs together. In my clients home, I am willing to do anything necessary by the pet owner to ensure their animals’ safety and security. My dog is shy but extremely playful so I will not be offering my own home for pet care.

About: I have grown up having multiple dogs throughout my entire life and know how important it is to find someone reliable and trusting with a fur family member. I have dog and cat sitting experience starting from 13 years old to now being an adult! I’ve had multiple experiences with many sizes and breeds of dogs. I am also more than happy to do a brief meet and greet to see if it’s a good fit! I also think it’s helpful (in my experience) to receive pictures of your pet(s) while away - that’s always helped me, so I tend to do the same and send updates and pictures to the families of the dog/cat as well. I currently work from home and have flexibility throughout the day. I already have walks planned into my day and live in a neighborhood that’s easily walkable! I have a fenced in yard if your dog prefers staying outdoors or going out for potty breaks. I also have the space to crate if needed.

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life, and as a senior in high school started as a dog grooming assistant and went on to become a groomer in college, giving me about 5 years of experience before graduating and becoming a nurse. I’ve always had a passion for caring for pets, and as someone who needs help with pet care myself I understand the importance of having someone trustworthy caring for them. I work full time as a nurse 3 days a week, and on my days off have plenty of time to check in on your pet. I have my own pup at home that strives to be everyone’s friend, and in your home will do what it takes to keep your pet both comfortable and happy with lots of play and love.

I am so glad we found Amber— our dog Moses loves hey! Despite booking very last minute, Amber made time to come meet Mo the night before and learn about him. She was attentive and made sure to take care of his every need. She sent a report after every walk and we came home to a very happy pup that night! We will definitely be using Amber in the future.

About: I have owned dogs all my life and also cats . My 6 children always were surrounded by with pets and they all received the utmost care . I firmly believe that regular veterinary care is essential and if you can’t afford it don’t have a pet . I recently lost my wife of 60 years and caring for a pet would fill a void ! Dogs are precious and deserve a caring safe environment. I have a fenced yard and a 5 year old pug who is friendly !my cottage is clean and well maintained . The rooms are solid wood so no problem if a dog has an indoor accident . I am retired and spend most of my time at home so I welcome a dog as very nice company

Emma was amazing!!! My dad is elderly and needed a dog walker for our two big dogs last minute while on vacation - I was able to coordinate with Emma from across the country. She was kind, on time, and obviously loves animals. My dad isn’t exactly the easiest guy, and he sang emma’s praises, saying “I like her very much” when he doesn’t like anyone haha. Our dogs are a bit nervous about new places, and when I returned to help my dad out I noticed a marked difference in their bravery on the beach and near the ocean. Thanks so much Enma!!! You are an angel and I am so grateful for your help!!!!!
