Pet Sitting in Carlton

About: We are a family that loves dogs and lead an active life! Our kiddos are 13 and 10 and are always learning proper care and respect to animals of all kinds. I have had dogs all of my life and provided training opportunities, vet visits, and love and I wouldn't have it any other way for my children. There are plenty of play opportunities for your pet, but also love a good cuddle time! We love bringing new dogs into our home and making them part of our family. Our current dogs, Hero (3), Lexi (12), and Timber (4 months) are well behaved and trained and love having friends to play with. Because we have 2 kids and 3 dogs, we only watch 1-2 other dogs at a time in order for guest dogs to adjust and relax. I work from home 3 days per week and only go into the office for about 4 hours 2 days per week. My schedule is flexible. I have a fenced dog yard and do not let Rover dogs be outside alone. I feed all the dogs separately to avoid any conflicts.

I’m also happy to continue any training or reinforcement you’ve already been working on, whether it’s basic commands, crate manners, or specific behavior routines. Consistency is key, and I always strive to keep your pet’s progress moving forward while you’re away. I aim to keep your pet’s day as normal and stress-free as possible, offering them love, play, and structure. I also provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and in good hands. About: New on Rover but I am a seasoned pet sitter. 🐾 I am experienced in caring for a diverse range of pets. I am known for my calming demeanor, which is particularly beneficial for pets that exhibit anxiety or shyness. I too have anxiety, but when I am with animals they make it all better ☺️. That is why this job is perfect for me! I do have experience with puppies and kittens and senior dogs and cats. I can administer medications and feed them any special diets. I can feed and water your reptiles, birds, fish, amphibians, and other pets. Pet care is my full time job. I have my own cat at home so I do go home to check in on her if I am house sitting for the week. I am attentive to your pets needs and behavior. If they are shy or have anxiety I will give them the proper space and time to adjust to me. I am respectful of your home and your beloved pets.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and grew up with hunting dogs and know how to train a dog for scent training and perform tasks. I currently have a Pit Bull Mix and Pug with two very different personalities. I’ve done plenty of house sitting with dogs for various people in the community and am furthering my education on animal behavior and dog training organizations. I have created my own personal Business “Groovy Dogs Training” for Yamco area and am using this platform to build some outreach. I’d love to get to know you and your dog and help benefit both your lives 💜 Tuesday -Saturday I work afternoon/evening so I am looking for Morning hours from 7:30-12:00 on those days Sunday- Tuesday I am available all hours and can even do late night checks. I always try to get a sense of what routine you and your dog do best with. Does your dog need to chill out before going on a walk I gotchu or needs to let out some energy with toy enrichment or fetch I can do that! I work part time at a restaurant, but have plenty of time available in the mornings and many evenings as well. I care for dogs in their own home, giving them comfort, love, and attention. About: Hello! I am a HUGE dog/animal lover! I have owned 4 dogs personally and still have two with me. I spend majority of my time with them. Lots of walks, playing, hiking and time spent training. I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Your pup will get plenty of attention and playtime while with me! I love taking my pups around town and places they are welcome. If ok, yours will get to enjoy some adventures around town as well. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup! I am currently working full time from home. So your pup will be with me majority of the week and weekends. This allows for lots of walks, playtime and potty breaks during the day. House has a fenced yard and even though it’s fenced I don’t leave dogs unattended in the backyard by themselves. House is very open with a very dog friendly environment.

I'll be able to care for your dogs with all of my time and energy! I walk my dogs regularly and would love to walk yours! I have a Shiba Inu that can keep your pet company and play with. I can also walk your dogs individually. I have a large, fenced yard that your doggies and roam around.

About: I have over 10+ years of experience with animals after running a successful dog walking, training and sitting business in San Francisco for years, before moving to Oregon in 2020, as well as being a pet parent myself! Credentials: Pet CPR/FirstAid Certified, Fear-Free Certified Professional, Dog Training & Behavior Consulting Certified through both Dog Training Internship Academy SF & CATCH Canine Trainers Academy. I am passionate about using only positive reinforcement and science-backed training methods and continuously staying up to date with the latest information & research -- so much so that I have an entire apparel business dedicated to these methods. I work for myself and am a small business owner & graphic designer so I have the luxury of working from home full time and my work days can be quite flexible. I typically work Tues-Sat. I start my workday between 8-10am and can wrap up my day by 2-3pm with 1hr breaks between. On top of my extensive background with training and behavior I have a much more thorough understanding of animals and how they learn, how to read body language and read cues. I always check if they have food allergies so I can bring low-calorie treats for them with me to make our walks enjoyable or creating training/brain games for them to help burn off extra energy they have. I send daily updates with pictures.

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors pets throughout my life. This has included cats and dogs mostly! I have preformed walks, feeding and making sure the pet has water and giving out plenty of love and pets! I have dog walked, and done drop in visits for one family in the last year which included 2 cats and one hedgehog! I would love to have a dog of my own but don’t have the time due to my job. I can help walk on weekends and week nights after 5pm! I make sure to spend time with and take great care with the animals. I love dogs and all other animals so much and know how important they are to people, so I extend that same love.
