About: Hello community 💟 When it comes to dog walking I'm your gal! Walks with me are both about Enrichment and safety and I work very hard to make sure I meet that expectation 💟 I have had lots of experience with dogs and cats from volunteering to my own, i have worked as a kennel tech, I have dog training experience, and I continously am always expanding my knowledge in dog communications, behaviors, nutrition and so much more💛 Currently I am enrichment dog coach and do more things on the side like personal enrichment classes and take doggies on trail adventures. Hope to hear from you soon😊 I'm currently a homeschooling mom so my schedule is pretty flexible and that makes it easy to fit in your furry family members. I know that can be a big challenge when looking for a walk around their schedule or drop in to fit their needs.💛 I have a very well mannered dog who loves making friends we do crate if needed and we do lots of Enrichment to make sure all their needs are met🩵

About: Now that I've been doing this for a while I figured I should make some updates. I've really enjoyed dog sitting so far and have met some great people and dogs along the way and even got a new dog from it. It's been pretty crazy at times but I'm loving it. The rare days where I just have my 6 dogs it feels so calm, lol. We've had as many as 12 dogs for a night and it went really well and they were all really good dogs. It seems so normal now to have 8-10 dogs here which I never thought was possible. It's been a lot of fun and I wish I would have started doing this sooner. I've always had pets and love animals. Since I was about 10 I was the main caretaker for my families pets because I wanted to, not because I had to. As an adult I've had as many as 5 cats at one point. I've also had as many as 6 dogs and have always had either cats, dogs or both my entire life. I have lots of experience taking care of both cats and dogs of all ages and sizes from a 5lb Maltese to a 200lb Mastiff who thought she was a lapdog. I've watched family and friends pets for years both in my home and theirs and always enjoyed it. I've potty trained all of my puppies and am very patient with them. I have also taken care of older pets with health issues. We had a rat terrier who recently passed at 16 years old. She had a lot of health issues and took several medications multiple times a day. I am very organized and keep things neat and tidy and follow all feeding and care instructions that you may have. I will take care of your pet like it's my own. I work from home as a bookkeeper and have a very open and flexible schedule. I only have a few set times where I have to go somewhere and it's mostly on Mondays but usually for no more than 2-3 hrs at a time. If I go to the gym, store or and appt I'm never gone more than a couple of hours. I also do bookkeeping for a vet clinic which is great if there's ever a question with a pet I can contact the vets directly. I hope I never have to but it's nice to have that available. I have a very large fenced yard on a 1/2 acre lot so there's lots of room for dogs to run and play. Since I'm home most of the time they can go outside whenever they need and are out at least every hour or 2 and usually more often. If the weather is nice I will leave the back door open so they can go outside any time they want. I now have 6 dogs and no cats currently in my home. Lola, Lizzie and Bella I've had since they were puppies. I adopted Freya and Judas in early 2024 and Tootsie in May 2024. We actually watched Tootsie for a couple of weeks through Rover and fell in love with her and when we found out she was being fostered and needed a home we immediately started the adoption process. She's such a sweet dog and loves to play and has been enjoying all the dogs we've had and plays so well with any size dog from 10 to 100+ lbs. They're all great dogs get along well with other dogs most of the time. There's only been a couple of dogs so far that some of them didn't get along with. It was usually due to the new dog being a little to rough trying to play. I'm happy to take dogs for walks, to the dog park or play in the backyard with them. I also have two older children who are 11 and 14 and love animals. They love when I'm watching dogs and will play and snuggle with the dogs as much as I do. I have crates available if needed or if they like to sleep in the bed that's fine too. All 3 of us have 1 or more dogs each in the bed with us every night.
