About: If you’re looking for a safe, loving place for your dog while you’re away, I’d love to help! I grew up surrounded by animals on a Japanese maple farm with over 20 horses and lots of dogs, both indoor and working dogs, caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and training backgrounds. I am a student and only have one in-person class this term, giving me lots of availability for quality time with your pup! I live in a cute, quiet neighborhood near a park and walking trail, and I usually go for walks in the mornings and a couple miles before dinner when my partner comes home from work (weather permitting). I’d happily bring your dog along for those little adventures so they get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and stimulation. I believe mental and physical exercise is very important for all breeds! After walks and a lot of playing, I make sure to keep track of any supplements and food schedules needed (usually by setting reminders and alarms on my phone) I also know how important peace of mind is while you’re away, so I like to send regular updates and photos so you can see how your pup is doing. I also have experience working with varying temperaments and training needs. I have worked with extremely shy dogs, high-energy working breeds, and reactive dogs. I love getting to know the individual animal and their unique personality so that I can offer the best possible care. I also have experience with a variety of animals. I grew up with a number of different animals including dogs, cat, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. Home full-time! I am not working at the moment (and when I do, I work from home), so I am able to devote a lot of time to providing high-quality care for your fur-kids. I am available both weekdays and weekends. All playtimes are fully supervised to ensure everyone is safe and happy. We have a large fully-fenced backyard for all your pup's crazy zoomies. We also have plenty of space to separate pups if they need a break from one another. I am home fulltime to keep an eye on everyone and attend to any specific needs. I will make sure to carefully follow the instructions for your pup. I understand that each pup has individual needs and I am happy to help keep them on their usual schedule and/or training regimen. I will care for your fur-baby as I would my own.
