“Juliann did such a wonderful job of taking care of our beloved dog. She took the time to introduce herself and her lovely family and we got a chance to have Yoda do a meet and greet. Their house was very warm and inviting and they really took to him. They were very thorough with all of their questions and made sure that they were equipped to take good care of him. During the trip they gave us constant updates and photos and we felt very safe that he was in good hands. when we went to go pick him up, he did not seem that enthusiastic to leave, which was both sad but also a great sign of how much fun he was having there. About: Cats and Dogs have filled my house ever since I could remember. I have helped care for neighbors and family members animals over the years and helped maintained their safety and health. Taking them for walks, giving them snuggles and a bath when needed. I have been around dogs of all breeds and am very comfortable with them all. Needless to say, almost every animal I’ve been around has adored me just as much as I adore them. Your pets are promised safe hands when cared by me. About: TLDR - I have experience with many types of pets with varying needs. I have two kids (ages 12 and 14) and many other creatures in the home. I am available for drops ins and walks, but longer term engagements would have to be at my home. I have a fully fenced yard and can welcome a dog to come stay in my home. I have previous obedience training experience and have taken three dogs to state for obedience competition. I have house trained many puppies, so I'm happy to support an owner in the trenches of the puppy years. I am available for weekend visits and walks every day. Over the years, I have cared for dogs and cats with varying medical and behavioral needs. From cats needing injections to highly reactive dogs neesing a calm presence, I have expertly cared for them all. I have two daughters, aged 12 and 14, who have lived their life around pets of all sorts and love to come with me when I am visiting a dog or cat. If you are not comfortable having them in your home, or your pet is not comfortable with kids, that is totally understandable. I am self-employed, so my schedule is flexible to allow to fit pet care into my schedule. I have a car so I am able to travel outside of my immediate neighborhood for pet care or house sitting. In my own home I have a fully fenced yard and space to run around. When I am out of the home I kennel my own dog, who has anxiety and that helps her feel more secure. My cats enjoy a fully enclosed catio in the back yard. I am cery careful to have dogs fully leashed before heading out the door to prevent any running into the street. About: I've lived my whole life around pets, specifically cats and dogs. My family and friends alike all relied on me for pet sitting care which included regular dog walking and extended, overnight stays. I'm currently not working and only going to school. When I do get a job, it will only be part-time and I'll update my schedule accordingly. As of right now, I have ample time for frequent check-in's and overnight stays, especially in Yamhill County. I unfortunately do not offer pet care at my personal home, but am willing to stay overnight at client's homes. I believe in leaving places better than I found them, AKA no trace left behind!

This helps ensure your pet’s routine is maintained even if I’m briefly unavailable. Any assistance would be communicated with you in advance whenever possible. If your pet requires constant or near-constant supervision, I do offer constant care at an adjusted rate. The requested dates are reserved exclusively for your pet(s), allowing me to remain with them throughout the duration of the stay. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space and routine with the same respect I’d want for my own. I follow all instructions carefully; whether that’s feeding schedules, walking routines, crate time, or medication needs, so your pet stays comfortable and consistent in their environment. I’m also happy to continue any training or reinforcement you’ve already been working on, whether it’s basic commands, crate manners, or specific behavior routines. Consistency is key, and I always strive to keep your pet’s progress moving forward while you’re away. I aim to keep your pet’s day as normal and stress-free as possible, offering them love, play, and structure. I also provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and in good hands. I’m tidy, responsible, and always make sure your home is just as you left it, or better. Your pet’s well-being, safety, and happiness are my top priorities.
About: I have been an animal lover since a young age, and have been caring for dogs since 2011. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and all ages in between. I have experience in training my own dogs and in practicing commands as asked when puppy-sitting. I've even trained my cat to give high-fives! I also have experience in administering medication, both oral meds as well as eyedrops. Our 14 year old labradoodle gets eyedrops twice daily, which I administer. I bond easily with animals and love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! I love getting to know animals, and have a knack for bonding with anxious, shy animals. I am also okay with brushing and bathing, etc., as asked if needed. I am typically available all day on the weekends and most Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am in grad school for the next two years in Forest Grove and classes occur around 9am-4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I may have time for quick home visits for potty breaks during lunch on these days, if needed. I am happy to spend quiet time with pets who are more mellow, or to spend time playing or walking with energetic, younger dogs if that suits them best. I typically observe the dog's behavior and notes from the owner when deciding what to do- are they looking tired and calm? Are they a bit riled up and could use a playtime or a walk? About: Lucky enough to grow up on a farm, my family constantly was fostering pups from birth, senior dogs and raising our own! Responsibility was an extremely important value to learn growing up, since I was young Iv personally learned bottle feeding, administering oral medication and training for not only dogs but farm animals too! Between my two parents households and my own adulthood I have experienced raising pits, Staffordshire bull terriers, a German shepherd, a Great Pyrenees a Weimaraner and a springer spaniel plus temporarily fostering more breeds! Although iv had responsibility for many animals at once my love and gentle care was NEVER a second priority, I love my animals like children and I know how important they are to you too! Mon-wed I clean houses for 4-8 hours a day. There is always time in between houses perfect for a quick walk or check in. Fri -sun I’m a waitress and both jobs I’m always off and in newberg before 5 pm, perfect for over nights or evening play dates. As an early bird I’m always available before 8 am Mon-wed. Occasionally I have a weekday or a Saturday off where I can dedicate my whole day. With many years of home training experience I can ensure that strategic walking is in place to keep your dog close and manageable in public, I’m familiar with commands and trigger words and I don’t mind tricking your pup with a sweet treat if needed and requested ;) familiar with crating, pull collars and administering oral medication!
About: Cats and Dogs have filled my house ever since I could remember. I have helped care for neighbors and family members animals over the years and helped maintained their safety and health. Taking them for walks, giving them snuggles and a bath when needed. I have been around dogs of all breeds and am very comfortable with them all. Needless to say, almost every animal I’ve been around has adored me just as much as I adore them. Your pets are promised safe hands when cared by me. I just graduated college and am working to start a business so am looking for side gigs to do that will allow me to continue to work simultaneously. I love pets and will be home for the next year so have an open book for watching pets. In my clients home I would be very mindful of the pets environment and take them for walks along with feeding and snuggling afterwards or beforehand. About: Being raised on a small farm, there have always been cats & dogs around to share in the ups & downs of life. I love leaning into each individual's personality and working with positive reenforcement to catch the animals doing good behavior! I have experience training/working with dogs of all ages. Sometimes our furry friends need extra care. I am experienced in oral medicine administration, wound care, ear & eye treatments (if need be)! I am available for pet care on a daily basis. I care for my cats & dog daily. If ever I need backup support, I have a network of folks willing to lend a hand. When pet sitting, I follow the instructions given by the owner regarding when to feed, how much food, how often they need to go outside. Beyond that, I typically tidy up the space every evening, sweeping/vacuuming, refreshing waters, etc. I try to develop a routine so that the animals know what to expect and can relax into a sense of order. I generally find ways that each animal likes to play and find games that are fun and rewarding.
