About: Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University and a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I grew up with cats and have always had at least one in the house, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was 12, I rescued my first dog — a senior teacup Chihuahua named Bella — and cared for her for nearly 8 wonderful years. That experience taught me just how important it is to find someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for your pets when you’re away. Throughout high school, I volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I worked with cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments, as well as assisting in the clinic. I also have about 7 years of professional pet and house-sitting experience, primarily caring for cats and medium to large dogs in their own homes. I love taking dogs on walks, making sure they get exercise, fresh air, and plenty of attention while keeping them comfortable in their normal routine. My top priority is making sure your pets feel safe, happy, loved, and stress-free while you’re away — so you can feel stress-free too. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! As a recent graduate, my schedule is open as I career search. I have availability all week when I am in town and look forward to connecting with you to see what will work best for you and your fur baby! As of right now I am not taking any boarding clients. While in your home, your pup or kitty will have eyes on them to make sure they are safe and not getting into trouble!

About: I'm a 10 year old cat mom and a dog auntie! I have taken care of both dogs and cats for years. I am familiar with giving animals, specifically cats, medicine (my cat has had urinary issues throughout the years) and I LOVE when my friends ask me to watch/play/walk their sweet doggies. I am currently working part time so my availability is very flexible. I work Wednesdays and Thursdays and have majority of the days open the remainder of the week. I respect boundaries and any specific notes that you have for your animals. They are a part of the family so when I enter the home I want them to feel safe and loved.

About: My pup recently passed so looking for some new friends to shower with my love and affection. In addition to my dog, I’ve always enjoyed watching friends’ pets when they’re traveling, but now that I don’t have any pets in my own house, figured I would look beyond my friends for some opportunities. I work remotely, so my schedule is really flexible for drop ins or spending time over at your house. Whatever your needs are, I can probably make them work. Every pet has unique needs! I’m flexible in making my services fit to each pup or kitty I meet. My own dog is an anxious, reactive old man, so I know how to be patient when needed but also love to play/walk/run with a dog who wants those things too.

About: My family has had dogs since I was very young, and I have had my own dog for 3 years now. She is a rescue, and I have had her since she was 6 months old. I work full-time in a bakery and am off most days around 1-3pm. I do have some free mornings as well and would be able to drop by with notice. I live close to East Nashville with my dog, Millie, and cat, Spoon! I live by all the good walking trails. I would love to schedule some dog-walking nearby so that i can take full advantage of all the great weather we are having.

About: Hi! I have always had a dog of my own and I took care of the pets in my neighborhood growing up when their families were out of town. I have been pet sitting and walking dogs my entire life. I have been caring for animals in Nashville for 5 years now. Taking care of animals is one of my favorite joys! I work remotely so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to walk dogs throughout the work day and I’m always available after the work hours as well! In my home I do have a fenced in yard- I tend to lean towards sitting in the owner's home though. I believe this allows for the animal to be more comfortable.

About: Have been caring for dogs since I was a kid, and many different breeds across the years. Labs, setters, and various shepherds. I also owned a rabbit growing up and have cared for horses. I work fully remotely and have a flexible schedule. I can easily stop for bathroom breaks while housesitting, go on walks during the day, or work remotely anywhere with wifi. I love to read and have put a lot of time into understanding dog body language, respectful touch for pets, and also just love to see them happy and content. Any dog I care for I would treat as my own.

About: We consistently watch friends’ dogs and have grown up with dogs our whole life. Our friends and neighbors rely on us to take care of their loving pets. We have plenty of time to love on your pup since we are on summer break! We are currently on summer break, so we have plenty of time to take care of your dog and provide them with loving care! This is our only summer job, so all attention can go to your dog! We live in a gated community with a large dog park. We have access to other dogs that your pup can play with, and our apartment also has a pet washing station where we can bathe your dog! We also have space for your dog to roam in our home, and have a toy basket for them to choose toys to play with. We also have blankets they can lay on when sitting on the couch.

When I was 10 years old, I started my own neighborhood dog walking and plant watering business, which taught me responsibility, reliability, and the importance of caring for other people's pets as if they were my own. I know every dog has their own routine and personality, and I enjoy taking the time to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply some extra love and attention, I'll provide dependable, compassionate care and treat them like one of my own. I'll be starting graduate school at Vanderbilt this fall, so pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I'll be available after my classes to provide walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your pets. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I look forward to making it a regular part of my week while helping busy pet owners ensure their pets receive the care, exercise, and attention they deserve. I believe pets are happiest when they can stick to their normal routine. Whether I'm taking your dog for a walk, stopping by for a drop-in visit, or caring for your pet in your home, I'll follow your instructions closely to make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for. I'll provide plenty of exercise, playtime, fresh water, and lots of love and attention while treating both your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would my own.

About: I’ve owned dogs all my life. I’m a dog aunt to lots of fur-babies. I’ll keep your dog safe while we’re out on fun adventures! I recently moved to Nashville and don’t start my new job till the fall. I have a very flexible schedule with lots of free time. I like staying with animals in their own home and sticking to a typical routine so they feel connected to you and safe while you’re away. I also like to take them out on adventures so they’re having fun too!

About: I’ve had cats and dogs for most of my life and now have a beautiful pit mix who I wish I could bring everywhere. (But when I visit your pets, mine will stay at home!) I’m happy to treat your crew with the love I wish my dog always received and the responsible care all pets need. I’m a freelancer, so I often have the flexibility to meet your schedule needs and maintain that schedule week after week so your pets are greeted by a consistent visitor and friend. I’m happy to visit your pets, let them out as needed, go for walks, administer meds, feed them, and if needed crate them so they’re cozy and safe before I leave.

About: I have been pet sitting and dog walking since I was 15 :) I love all aged pups and love long walks with them! Currently a Nurse at Vanderbilt and I am saving up money for my fiancé' and I's wedding next year :) I currently work 7-5 on M,W, TH, F. I am available after 6 any of those days and all day on Tuesdays and weekends. I am also available early mornings around 5am if needed :) I treat every dog in a way that fits their needs. I understand that some pups need time to warm up to new faces and some of them love new friends! I am happy to discuss your pets needs.

About: I am a true dog lover! I have had 3 dogs in my life and I am very comfortable around all breeds. I most recently had two yellow labs - both deceased - and I miss having dogs around. They both had vast medical issues, cancer, diabetes, etc. and I am very comfortable administering medication, shots, pills etc. if need be. My husband works from home and will be able to walk the dogs and play with them throughout the day. I will be able to stop at home during lunch to walk the dogs and play with them as well throughout the day. We are both animal lovers and would have a blast taking care of your dog(s) while you're away! We can't wait!
