She gave us a tour of both the inside and outside and and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we stepped in. They also have a small dog and he is the cutest little guy. My pup got along with him immediately! On the day we had to drop Charli off, she was excited as soon as we pulled up to Mallory’s house. You could tell she remembered being there before! Typically, Charli gets really bad anxiety when I leave town, but this time was different. She seemed completely content and happy to be staying with Mallory, her husband, And their dog! She sent us updates throughout the five days we were gone and even sent pictures of Charli so we could see her! When we picked Charli up, she was so happy! Her ears were up and she truly looked like she had the best time. It was refreshing to know that Mallory and Rick cared for Charli like she was their own dog! About: Lifelong pet owner and ready to care for yours! I grew up around animals my whole life and understand how nerve wracking it can be to leave them. I can guarantee I will watch and care for them as my own with frequent updates and lots of playtime. I work M-F during the week, but have full weekend availability. If you require care during the week, I can do long morning walks and evening walks and a walk during my lunch if nearby I live in an apartment and have an enclosed dog park. I will make sure your pet gets 1:1 time for their safety. I have a friendly 5 year old dachshund who is good with other dogs.

Margaret’s setup was one of the better ones we’ve visited, and she had a good rapport with Rio. He slept for much of the day, which he doesn’t always do at Rover. That means he felt safe, secure, and at peace. We will book again the next time we’re in Nashville!”

About: I am my friends and family’s go-to pet sitter for both cats and dogs! I’ve been independently pet sitting for them for over 10 years. I work from a quiet pet-free home and I’m around all day! I just lost my 16 year old golden retriever, so he provided me with dog experience from the puppy stage all the way to some pretty intense senior care the last few years of his life. I work from home in a quiet apartment so I’m available all day every day! I spend a lot of time at home with the exception of going to the gym most evenings for about 1.5 hours, and I go for a few daily walks. I live in an apartment that has access to a dog park/yard if your pup is social, or multiple paved walking routes if otherwise. I go for long walks daily so if they need that, it’s part of my routine anyway!
“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. About: Hey there! I'm Lily, dog-momma to Teddy, a 2-year-old goldendoodle. I work fully remotely, so your dog will have lots of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I’m also active, so walks and playtime are always on the agenda. I’d love to welcome your pup into my home for boarding or doggy daycare. We have a large, fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for running, playing, and getting those zoomies out. I also have the sweetest 2-year-old Goldendoodle who absolutely loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have a playmate around during their stay. I know how hard it can be to find someone you fully trust with your furry friend. About: Growing up, I was surrounded with pets and dogs of all breeds. I love all dogs and am currently raising my own Aussie Doodle who loves to have puppy friends around! Being a Dog Mom isn’t easy by any means, but I fully potty and house trained my pup Mocha. I work full time from home so I’m available all day to take care of any pet that stays with us. I also love being active, my own pup and I love to go on walks around the neighborhood & at centennial park! I work full time from home & I’m always available to tend to a pup’s needs. I can take pups for a walk in the morning + evening (avoiding the hot TN sun as much as possible!) as we live very close to Belmont & Centennial Park, with lots of space for pups to roam and explore! I have plenty of space for dogs to run and play around my house. Fair warning, our house does have a lot of stairs which may be more difficult on an older pup’s joints! For high energy and excited puppies, the stairs are great to get some exercise in if it’s too hot to go outside! I also always have lick mats or mental enrichment games on hand to keep a pup engaged throughout the day.
