About: I’ve had pets since I was 5. I’ve always been in charge of their wellbeing. I currently have 4 pets so handling a couple more fur babies isn’t a problem for me. Either they’re big or small. I’ll treat them as my own. I currently am not working so I will be with your fur baby 24/7. I am very strict with feeding times, potty breaks and play time. I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room to run. I also live a block away from the park so a nice walk would be able to happen as well. My family has a total of 4 cats and three dogs but not to worry all dogs are very friendly and I will be there at all times during interaction if anything where to happen. Our cats are super chill too they don’t want nothing to do with our dogs or humans.

About: I will do what they need, I have cared for birds, cats, rodents, and I'd love to help. I will provide whatever service you need, any size dog included. I only have personal experience of 6+ years, but I am very passionate about animals. I'm unemployed cause I'm planning on learning to drive, and I'm 20 years old. I care for my family pet cats, my bird, and have cared for rodents. I have walked a puppy for my neighbors before and have been around tons of dogs, I have no professional experience but I would follow any necessary schedule to the best of my abilities. I will follow any regulations you may have, and use my resources to provide a safe and happy experience for your loved one, I am great at following instructions and I love giving attention to animals.

About: Ever since I was born, there has always been a cat or dog in my life. Caring for animals has always been a part of who I am. I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs for as long as I can remember, and I treat every pet like family. I love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and building a special bond with them so they feel happy, comfortable, and loved. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any special instructions you provide. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Taylor Taylor was an absolute lifesaver while I was away, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she provided to my cat, Cookie. As any cat parent knows, cats can be a little shy and often prefer hiding under the bed — Cookie is no exception. But Taylor took the time, patience, and genuine effort to make Cookie feel comfortable and cared for. Her kindness truly made a difference. Taylor was consistently prompt, courteous, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond her responsibilities — not only did she take wonderful care of Cookie, but she also watered our small houseplants and kitchen garden without being asked. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much to us. Taylor also ensured cookie was taken care of when she could not come for a day due to a family emergency. Thank you Taylor. We sincerely appreciate all her help, her kindness, and her professionalism. Taylor is truly exceptional, and we would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter. You are my to go sitter next time I am away.

Elizabeth M. Is an excellent cat sitter. She was punctual and sent regular detailed notes on her visits — including sweet photos that somehow captured the cats’ personalities and moods. It was a great comfort while I was far away on a work trip to get to see my cherished kitties. She took the time to get to know them, play, and even “chat” with Peaches, our vocal chatterbox, and quickly won over our shy-with-strangers Miso. Liz also took in stride a few unexpected meetings with my son (quick stops from college and a visit to a friend) and kindly chatted with him about school. When I was faced with impending international flight delays home due to a massive snow storm, she assured us that she would help us bridge a time gap before our neighbor could get over. It all worked out in the end but, again, Liz put me at ease, and that was welcome in the midst of travel drama. When we got home the cats were happy and healthy and calm. I will not hesitate to book Elizabeth again.

About: With over four years of experience in house and pet sitting, I’ve learned that great care comes down to consistency, attention, and trust. I focus on maintaining each pet’s normal routine—whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, or just giving them the right kind of attention they’re used to—so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and respectful of your space, and I make it a point to communicate clearly so you always know how things are going. I approach every stay with the mindset that I’m not just watching over things—I’m making sure your home and pets are genuinely cared for. Right now, I'm working from home and occasionally have to do a few hours at a job site. If that happens I am aware of it and able to let you know via text, or a call. A typical day starts by following your pet’s usual routine—morning feedings, fresh water, and a quick check-in to see how they’re doing. For dogs, that usually means getting outside for a walk, some playtime, and a chance to burn off energy. For cats, it’s more about keeping things calm and familiar—maybe some play if they’re interested, or just quiet company. Throughout the day, I keep things consistent, give them attention on their terms, and make sure everything stays clean and comfortable. Evenings wind down with dinner, another walk for dogs, and some relaxed time so they can settle in for the night. I also send regular updates and photos so you can see how they’re doing and feel connected while you’re away—it’s all about keeping things normal, easy, and stress-free for both you and your pet.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, specifically German Shepherds, so I’m very comfortable with large breeds and strong personalities. I’ve been around all kinds of dogs, from highly protective working dogs to total goofballs, and I know every dog has their own personality and needs. I also have experience caring for multiple dogs at once, so I’m used to handling different routines, energy levels, and temperaments. I currently work part-time and am a student, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Pet care fits easily into my routine, and I’m able to accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening visits depending on your pet’s needs. I’m also happy to work with specific routines since I know consistency is important for pets. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I take that seriously. I always try to follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and reduce stress. I pay close attention to behavior, energy, and any changes that seem off, and I’ll keep you updated so you feel informed while you’re away.

About: Since I was 5 I had been around pets and taking care of them. I have had dogs, cats, fishes and parrot. They feel safe with me I am completely free and available for the whole month of August any day, any time. For September, my availability will depend on the day as my school schedule starts, but I will still have open availability on many days and can update my calendar weekly. Safety, trust & environment: Safety is my top priority. I grew up in a very safe and loving family, and I helped my parents raise my 5 younger siblings, so I have learned from a young age to be extremely responsible, attentive, and caring. In my home, pets are cared for in a very clean, calm, and safe environment with no hazards. I never leave pets unattended, I follow all instructions exactly as the owner gives them, and I make sure they always have fresh water, healthy food, regular walks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. In a client's home, I am very respectful and trustworthy. I treat their home as if it were my own, keep everything clean and secure, and keep the pet's routine exactly the same so they feel safe and comfortable. I also send regular photo and video updates so owners feel at ease knowing their pet is safe and happy.

About: I love animals and have a degree in wildlife biology. We had a special needs German shepherd for nine years until her passing several years ago. As a mom of four children who are in school during the day, I have a consistent and flexible daytime schedule that allows me to focus on pet care. I genuinely look forward to spending that time caring for animals—whether that’s going on walks, providing companionship, or making sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their routine. Pet care fits naturally into my day, and I’m able to give dogs and cats my full attention while my kids are at school. I provide reliable drop-in visits to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, helping them stay relaxed in their familiar environment. During each visit, I make sure they have fresh food and water, clean litter boxes or tidy up any messes, and keep their space clean and comfortable. I also spend quality time with your pets based on their needs—whether that’s playing with energetic dogs, offering gentle companionship to shy cats, or giving calm affection and attention. I’m comfortable caring for multiple pets and making sure each one gets individual care and attention. I pay close attention to their behavior and routine so I can notice anything out of the ordinary and ensure they feel safe and secure while you’re away. I also provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and well cared for.

We usually have family take care of our dog, but everyone who would usually watch him was unavailable. Sherry dropped in to care for our dog, chomper, 3 times in one day while we were at a wedding. You can tell she really cares about dogs and treats them like she does her own. We'll definitely book her if we need someone to take care of Chomper in the future!

About: I've been a pet owner for as long as I can remember and have been a sitter of cats and dogs for the past fourteen years, both seniors and little ones alike. I am a full-time professional working hybrid so I have the flexibility to take your pet on walks, pay them visits at home, and have some play time. I have experience in pet walking, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. I would love to make sure your pet is safely cared for while you're away! I work a hybrid full-time job, so most of the week I am working from home. During this time, I can check on your pet as often as needed, or stay at your home full-time to ensure your pet has company or someone there for their needs at all times. I am all about making sure your pet is in the environment they, and you, feel most comfortable being in. I am able to keep them crated if you prefer.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Camp Hill choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Camp Hill with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
