About: I have three dogs of different breeds, mixed breeds and purebreds. They’re all different sizes and energy levels so I am well versed in different dog personalities! I also have three rescue cats and enjoy playing with all animals! I am currently a student finishing a masters program at Saint Vincent College. I live locally and I grew up in Ligonier Valley! It is easy for me to run home over lunch to check on the dog I’m watching or if close by take out. I make time to spend with the dog I am watching and that they feel comfortable in my home. While dogs are in my home, I treat them like my own. They are able to sleep with me, be on furniture, etc. I take them for walks to get exercise. With parent permission I make ice cream treats (blueberries & Greek yogurt frozen together) and give them to the dog. I make sure they feel comfortable, are fed and have plenty of water. If a parent would like me to administer meds or give a bath, I am happy to do so!

About: I have always had a connection with animals. I wasn't able to get my first pet until I was 10 and it was a guinea pig...fast forward 22 years and that connection and passion for animals has not changed. I worked as a veterinary technician for 6 years including school, most of which was in Maine. I no longer work as a technician but still love to fill my time with taking care of people's pets.
