Madison was amazing! It was our first time using her so obviously we were a bit nervous but from the very first day she completely put us at ease. She was punctual and communicative. Brianna was a wonderful sitter for both our cat and our home. It was evident when I arrived home that Franklin was a bit disappointed that it was me walking in the door instead of Brianna! She sent pictures along the way and kept us in the loop. She was very respectful and helpful around our home, too, ensuring that outside plants got watered, dealing with mail and trash, and even coordinating with neighbors who needed to use our driveway while we were away. She left our home neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to hire Brianna again or to recommend her to others. She makes coming home from vacation feel good!
