About: My while life has been surrounded with pets. I have always had dogs of very many sizes. I also have a 6 year old spoiled rabbit named kyle, a bird, a snake and 2 dogs. Besides personal pets and animal experience I have been pet sitting for family and friends since 8th grade. I also have experience in shelters helping care for cats and dogs. And now I walk dogs at the Humane Society for my job. I am saving up with this job and my job at the Humane Society for college! I am going to mizzou majoring in animal science to then go onto vet school. Beyond money this is an opportunity for more experience and fun as I am surrounding myself with my favorite thing which is animals! I am free to be scheduled at any time whether it be to walk, watch, or drop in on your pets any day of the week other than mon-fri 2:00-4:30 pm while I'm working. “Latasha was wonderful! From the beginning she came for a meet and greet and got down on the floor with my Percy! She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. Latasha treated my home with respect and left my home just as she found it. She even helped me with my newly planted garden to ensure it stayed watered while I was away. I will definitely use Latasha again in the future.”

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 9 years old. I’ve been taking care of them ever since! I have been watching other dogs since I was a teenager. I’ve pet sat a good variety of dogs, from border collies to labs and teeny little Pomeranian mixes! I have a good deal of availability during the summer, so my schedule is very flexible! I teach private lessons on Monday and Friday afternoons for a couple hours, otherwise my other jobs provide me a good deal of flexibility, so that I can pet set as much as possible! At my home our dogs have an electric fence, and have been properly trained not to cross the invisible line. I have also lived in areas where dogs are fenced in, and even with neither type of fence and just a long chain attached to the ground. Regardless I will take care of your pet regardless of the outdoor situation. I am pretty physically fit, so I can carve out some good time to take them on walks, long or short! I follow your instructions to the T when it comes to specific needs and potty/bed times. I will come to you and do whatever needs to be done to make sure your pet is happy and safe!
