Also, she left our house clean and in order. I highly recommend her.”

We would feel comfortable having her in our house and taking care of our dogs at any time. I can't say enough great things about her.”

15. Juliana & Katherine Q.
About: Our pets are family. My approach is a balance of attention and simple structure that makes for happy socialization. My partner and I have always had cats and dogs and I have experience with everything from puppyhood to the special healthcare challenges of senior pets (including administration of oral meds and injected insulin) I used to walk dogs back in college as a part-time job. Now, I am excited to make some new 4-legged friends and get out for some exercise together. I work from home part-time and with a very flexible schedule. I do long walks in the morning and afternoon and, if staying with us, in addition to walks, your doggie will have full access to the yard during the day to sunbathe and play. If house sitting at yours, I will be on hand with your pet at a minimum in the morning, for a few hours mid-day, and then all evening and night. We have a large fenced yard and two small, friendly pups (9lb young female yorkie and 12lb female coton de tulear) to play with. "The girls" are not crated at night, but I am happy to set up your pup's normal sleeping area if staying with us. For dog walking, I do 30-45 minute adventures with priority given to clients located in Oakland's Laurel, Dimond, Maxwell Park, and Redwood Heights neighborhoods. Ideally, your dog loves walking with some friends, but we can customize for personal pup needs.

16. Kayla B.

“Kayla took great care of Moonbeam and my home. From the photos she sent, I could tell he loved her & was well taken care of. I look forward to booking her again and knowing my fur baby is happy when we are away.”

17. Tiana P.

“Tiana was easy to communicate with from start to end. She was responsive to our questions and also asked us great questions about our pup. And she brought a really calm, kind energy - our anxious dog seemed very comfortable with her! We would absolutely work with her again.”

18. Julie C.

“Julie was a fantastic kitty cat sitter! My kitty is elderly and so requires special diet twice a day and likes to know if someone’s around. It wasn’t long before he was letting Julie pet him, kiss him, and give him all kinds of cuddles. There was a point at which he wasn’t eating very well, and Julie communicated with me immediately and worked her magic to get him to start eating well again! Lots of photos and updates too. Plus, my house is old and so a few things require a bit of extra carefulness, which Julie was unafraid of. At the risk of rendering her less available for my own kitty cat sitting needs, i’ll go ahead and give her well earned rave review and say I highly recommend Julie!”

19. Nia G.

“Nia was incredibly professional, caring, polite and genuinely cares about animals and people. I would trust her implicitly with housesitting or pet sitting! Nia is a gem.”

20. Shannon S.

“Shannon was punctual and appeared to have followed all of our very specific directions for our pets. We are very appreciative of her caring for our babies. Our dogs loved her.”
