5. Anais D.

“We love working with Anais! Her care of our senior Schipperke, Maz, has been expert and attentive. Being 17 years old, Maz has a lot of needs and Anais has cared for him both during the day and overnight, and we've been so grateful for her attentiveness to him around his routine, his meds, and for making sure he feels taken care of and loved. We're so glad we connected with Anais and will definitely be contacting her in the future!”

6. Diana L.

“Diana helped us out last minute by watching Ralphie a few days before Christmas. She communicated regularly with us throughout the stay and brought walking outfits for Ralphie. We’re very grateful to her!”

7. Carolyn G.
“Carolyn has a way with animals and really helped my chihuahuas feel safe! I have two senior chihuahuas with acute medical needs. Carolyn’s gentle care for them made it clear that she loves dogs and would be attentive to their needs. She quickly learned how to tell the two apart and noticed the differences in their personalities. Carolyn is very friendly, personable, and shows up consistently. She will happily tell you funny or cute stories about her time caring for your dogs. I would definitely recommend her for your pet sitting or dog walking needs.”

8. Alyssa S.

“Alyssa is a wonderfully pleasant sitter to work with. She is always willing to help us out and has great availability. She cares for our mini dachshund like it is one of her own dogs. We are so appreciative of her support with our old pup.”

9. Lily M.
About: I've had cats and dogs my whole life, and have helped train puppies as young as 8 weeks old to be ready for adult doghood. I have administered deworming medication, washed dogs numerous times, and love making sure pups are living life to the fullest. I also love being active for high-energy dogs and taking them on walks all around Oakland, exploring different trails, parks, and neighborhoods. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs young and old, and show each of them love, care, and patience as if they were my own. I have a large fenced in yard for dogs to openly play in, and a large home for both dogs and cats to enjoy during their inside time. I can’t wait to meet your pet! I am typically home all day as I work from home, and have plenty of availability. As I work from home and have flexible hours, I'm available for walks, doggy day care , or boarding all week. I'm flexible with working hours and am happy to accommodate your needs! I live in a house with a fenced-in yard, so your pup can play in the yard as well as hang out inside the home. I love going on walks and hikes all around Oakland and the surrounding neighborhoods and parks, and can provide plenty of play for higher-energy animals.

10. Antonio P.
About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. I began having pets of my own around 12 years ago. My love all of our animal companions, has grown expeditiously since then. My services include going on walks, feeding, playing, cuddling, bonding, cleaning up after, watering plants, taking out or bringing in recycling/trash, bringing in packages/mail, and over night stays. I work part time so my schedule is pretty open. I’m on call for my part time job, and I’m usually there only a few hours when I do go in My services include going on walks, feeding, cleaning up after, watering plants, taking out or bringing in recycling/trash, bringing in packages/mail, and over night stays. In the near future, my wife and I plan to open our own house for boarding.

11. Jesika & Jyhikeen G.

“Jesika and Jyhikeen sat for our 3 rambunctious cats for 10 days, and were wonderful! Great, caring communication, daily photos, and we came home to a clean house and happy cats. We'd absolutely hire them again.”

12. Madeline B.

“Madeline was amazing and took really great care of our pups and kitty, providing regular updates and pictures. We had such peace of mind while we were away and we owe it all to her. She is the best and we look forward to working with her in the future!”

13. Felicia P.

“Felicia did a wonderful job taking care of my puppy Leroy on such short notice. She left me some toys that he absolutely adores and kept me updated throughout the weekend. She also gave me some great advice and feedback on some things she noticed about him and how I can take care of it.”

14. Kit T.

“Kit is friendly and very professional. My dogs took to her immediately. Her communication is prompt and complete and she gave us great updates and pics. I felt very confident w Kit looking after our pups. I’ll def be a return client when the need arises.”

15. Nia G.

“Nia was incredibly professional, caring, polite and genuinely cares about animals and people. I would trust her implicitly with housesitting or pet sitting! Nia is a gem.”

16. Julie C.

“Julie was a fantastic kitty cat sitter! My kitty is elderly and so requires special diet twice a day and likes to know if someone’s around. It wasn’t long before he was letting Julie pet him, kiss him, and give him all kinds of cuddles. There was a point at which he wasn’t eating very well, and Julie communicated with me immediately and worked her magic to get him to start eating well again! Lots of photos and updates too. Plus, my house is old and so a few things require a bit of extra carefulness, which Julie was unafraid of. At the risk of rendering her less available for my own kitty cat sitting needs, i’ll go ahead and give her well earned rave review and say I highly recommend Julie!”

17. Mary B.
“Mary is my go-to dog sitter! She goes above and beyond to care for every pup as if they were her own. I ended up adopting a dog she had been fostering for six months—a sweet boy who is blind and has diabetes. Mary was incredible in helping me navigate how to care for a special needs dog, offering guidance and support every step of the way. I can’t recommend her enough—she is truly wonderful!”

18. Elizabeth M.

“Betsy looked after our kitty, house, and plants while we were on vacation for two weeks. Our house was just the way we left it when we came home and our kitty was a happy boy! Betsy kept us updated that everything was just fine at home during our vacation. We would use her again :)”

19. Kye O.

“Kye was great! Went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable before leaving Romeo with an in-person pre-meeting. Not only was I updated throughout the trip with cute photos and videos, my home was cared for and left in the same manner it was in before my trip. Thanks for great communication and care for Romeo!”

20. Jessica L.

“My dog loved Jessica when we met her initially to show her my place for a house sitting/dog sitting job. She was responsive to my messages, and I felt like my dog was in capable hands! would def book her again.”
