About: Animals have been one of my biggest passions for as long as I can remember. Growing up with cats and dogs as beloved members of my family taught me early on how much trust and responsibility comes with caring for an animal. Over the past few years, I’ve also gained experience with cat sitting, dog sitting, house sitting, and volunteering at horse ranches and stables, where I’ve cared for and spent time around horses, goats, and other animals. My goal is to eventually have a career working with animals and, one day, own a homestead of my own. I’m happy to accommodate different routines, feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication instructions, crate routines, indoor/outdoor schedules, training expectations, disabilities, and other individual needs. I will follow your instructions carefully rather than assuming every animal should be cared for the same way. I’m also comfortable providing pets with calm companionship. Whether your pet wants lots of playtime and attention, a long walk, or simply someone nearby while they relax, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I want every animal I care for to feel safe, respected, and loved. I currently have a flexible schedule while attending school, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. I also have a professional background as a Medical Assistant and am about to begin studying to become an EMT, so I’m accustomed to being responsible, attentive, following instructions carefully, and staying calm when something unexpected happens. I’m currently a student and also work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting. I’m able to build pet care into my daily routine and can accommodate a variety of schedules and care needs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so I’m happy to dedicate my time to making sure your pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, and care while you’re away. I take the safety and wellbeing of every pet in my care very seriously. I will always follow the owner’s instructions and respect each pet’s individual routine, needs, and boundaries. Whether your pet has specific feeding instructions, medication, training requirements, disabilities, crate routines, or indoor/outdoor schedules, I will make sure those instructions are followed carefully. I believe pets thrive in a calm and comfortable environment, so I’m happy to provide companionship while also respecting their space and personality. I’m comfortable working remotely while pet sitting, which allows me to be present and available while maintaining a calm environment for your furbaby. I will always make sure they have access to food and fresh water according to their normal routine, unless instructed otherwise by their owner. I also understand that caring for someone’s pet means caring for their home and belongings as well. I am a respectful, responsible, and attentive person, and I want every owner to feel confident that their pets and home are in good hands.
