About: We have had dogs all our lives. We have trained them, loved them and made sure they were well taken care of both phyiscally and emotionally We are both retired and able to spend as much time with them as needed with our guests. We live in an apartment but pets are allowed and we live right across the street from the Waterloo Park so it is easy to go for walks and play time When boarding we follow the owners instructions for feeding and treats. Our guests would have full use of the apartment as ours did prior to having to put her down. Furniture options depend on the size of the dog and shedding. Your pet would receive lots of cuddle time.

Fantastic family with an absolutely miraculous vibe for the dogs. Our dog is a kind of shy guy, it is very hard for him to make friends with new people. Once we dropped it off the adaptation period took 1 day or a little bit more. But when I return in 3 weeks to pick him up he barked me out and protected this new family from me. Absolutely amazing! This family is highly recommended and they will be our choice #1 in case we need to leave without our pet.
Carolina and Isaac are amazing Cat sitter. Our cat stayed with them for a week and was very comfortable. Our cat is very reserved and does not like meeting new people. This is the first time my cat was letting someone else pet him other than us. Thank you Carolina & Isaac for taking care of our pet and for sending multiple pics/updates everyday.

Leaving my dog overnight was a new experience. Judy was patient with me and answered all my questions. She made me feel at ease and confident that my he would be in good hands. She sent me regular updates including photos. She was very attentive whenever I would message to check on him. My dog was happy and in good health when I picked him up. This is our second time booking with Eden and Jacob. They are fantastic and we will definitely be using them as our primary choice for pet sitting in the future. I know our golden Toby had a great first time with them when he had the biggest excitement-butt-wiggles at seeing Eden the second time we dropped him off. They took great care of him even with his young pup energy. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a pet sitter!

Behnaz looked after my girl Maggie Mae for 3 nights on short notice. She was fast on communications, had a lot of questions during the meet and greet and sent regular photos and updates. Maggie Mae can be an anxious and reactive dog. She was calm and happy with Behnaz. I will definitely book Behnaz in for Maggie Mae care in the future.
Great communication with Hanee from day one, she is kind and lovely. She is the first sitter I’ve had for my dog and I was nervous leaving her with a stranger but Hanee was excellent with my lab, Millie. She sent many updates with pictures and video to assure me that Millie was happy and well cared for. As an added bonus, Millie came home finally understanding, “Drop it!” which was something we had been unsuccessfully working on! I would highly recommend Hanee and will be using her again!

We had a great experience with Bo! This was our very first time leaving our dogs with a sitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bo’s communication was excellent—he kept us updated with daily photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. He took the time to understand our dogs’ dietary needs and followed all our instructions carefully. Our energetic Border Collie can be a handful, but Bo handled her beautifully.
